Papa Johns Pizza

This is my go to pizza place. They rarely get my pizza wrong. This one time they did, but they must have been slammed. The estimated time was much longer than usual and they switched to being delivery only suddenly and I usually do carryout. The manager Alicia was quick to fix the problem though and I really appreciate it!

We have been using this Papa John's for years, always great customer service when we used to call, now we order online. One or two issues we've had were resolved very quickly with the delivery guy - gal returning quickly. And another time we were credited a free pizza. We ordered on 5-14-22, received our order on time, as usual, and I wish we knew the name of the delivery guy, an older gentleman, very pleasant and nice to talk with at the front door. Thank you to those that cook and prepare our pizza and thank you to the delivery folks, especially the older gentleman who delivered our pizza and there's also a very sweet older lady who we've had the pleasure of dealing with as she delivered our food. Y'all are awesome!

I had the best experience I have had at a pizza spot in a long time! Papa Johns really came through with the quality on my order and it was not small. Andrew made very sure that our order was placed perfectly and although it took some time, it got to us fresh. My family of 6 really enjoyed our Epic Stuffed crust pizzas and will most definitely be ordering again! Also the Philly Cheesesteak Papadia was beyond what I expected as a Philly Native! Thank you!!

I give this A+ Papa J’s (John’s for the laymen) team 5 pizzas (stars) and three 2 liters of Coke for their quality service! Andrew is the best! He’s been super helpful the few times we’ve been in. This staff really has it going on! Also really appreciate the precautions they’ve taken for COVID. If you’re looking for a quality Papa J’s that cares, this is the place for you.

My boyfriend and I frequent this Papa Johns, and Andrew has always given tremendous customer service. He has gone so far to know our order by memory, including the modifications to the pizza, the wings, and the sauce cups. Customer service like this makes us enjoy and appreciate coming to this Papa Johns location! Thank you for going above and beyond Andrew!

I enjoy pizza and frankly Papa John's has the best thin crust pizza (to me anyway) of any of the local shops that deliver. I never much liked Papa John himself and in fact boycotted them for a while before he was ousted by the Board of Directors. My grand kids like pizza too and sometimes it's just quick and easy to order online for delivery. So a month or so ago, on what was obviously a really busy night, I ordered. They have a pizza tracker on the website, that's pretty handy. It tells you: "it's being made", "being boxed" and then "it's on its way" with estimated time of delivery. That particular occasion I called after 2 hours and they were very apologetic and put the manager on the line. He apologized and said he was short drivers. Just then it came to my door, but it was lukewarm. He said he was in the system and cancelled my payment, what else could he do? I told him that it was fine, and thanked him. In retrospect I was really sorry I didn't tip the driver (originally the tip was included in the payment he cancelled). I warmed up my tasty thin crust pizza and the grand kids ate theirs without bothering. Last week I ordered again. Unfortunately this time it started to really pour shortly after I placed the order. This order took about an hour and 45 minutes, however we got over 5" of rain that night. It was a torrential downpour and I gave the driver a few extra dollars when he arrived (with a fairly hot pizza). Imagine the pleasant surprise when I received in the mail today a post card for a free pizza because they said they took too long last time. Decent outfit, pretty good pizza. I'm a customer for sure!

Service is usually fast and friendly, until around rush hour, and then it gets a little busy in the store. The counters and card readers are always clean, as well as the entrance and waiting area. I've never gotten a bad tasting pizza or bread stick from this place, so that really helps justify the price. I definitely recommend going to the Papa John's on Brodie then going to boring old Pizza hut next door. Thanks for reading my thoughts over Papa John's Pizza on Brodie ln.
