Excellent, quick service, great environment and fantastic thin crust pizza. Server really knew what was what and made spot on recommendations. Also the cocktails are delicious and strong! If Shaun is your server - trust his advice!

The interior is well built out and the high back booth that we sat at in the back was super cozy. They also have some bar seating overlooking the kitchen area if you want to get a view of the culinary magic.
The cocktail menu is expertly crafted and the drinks seem to have thought up in great detail and with precision. I personally enjoyed a few of the Spritz's; yay Prosecco!
We started with the fried artichokes served with lemon aioli and the winter salad. I would recommend trying both of these items as I have thought about them ever since we came here. The artichokes were still perfectly firm on the inside event thought they were fried and the aioli is delish. The winter salad is very unique and isn't a traditional salad. It's made up of vegetables that are grilled and topped with a charred pepper vinaigrette. The olives really elevated this dish and made a nice bridge between the flavors of the vinaigrette and the vegetables.
Pizza: They come in 8 inch or 13 inch and are thin crust style. We had the Margherita, Luster Pearl, Devil and the Potato & Cured Pork. Fresh ingredients, innovative combinations, delicious home made sauce and being able to cook thin crust pizza to perfection make this place a win. My personal favorites were the Luster Pearl and the Devil and I didn't really care for the potato with the cured pork. The pork is Italian style iridescent and I just didn't enjoy the overall flavor and texture of that one. I wouldn't say not to order it because everyone else in my party enjoyed it; just not my style.
