We have been to this place a few times and like the food but this time the service was not very good. We had to go look for the only waitress in the place to get service. The atmosphere was also degraded as several families with kids that they could not control were creating havoc in the place. Food on the floor and constant screaming. This is not the fault of the restaurant but they could have place them in the back table

I had an incredible experience at the Persian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Their bakery offers a delightful selection of Persian-style treats that were simply perfect. I highly recommend this place for a delightful culinary journey into Persian cuisine.

Really clean. The music was wonderful. Completely pleasant to eat to. I mention it because some restaurants I've been to have head banging music on and expect you to enjoy the food. The Persian food was very flavorful. It's not inexpensive. Next door is a lovely bakery. The waitress was professional and nice. This was a restaurant recommended by a lovely lady from Iran and she said it was good food. I agree.

Plenty of seats and parking available arriving at 11 am when they opened. Customer service was great, they checked on us multiple times and made sure we well taken cared of. There are a lot of vegetarian options available here; pretty much the whole appetizer menu. The kashk o basenjan (eggplant dish) was very unique and flavorful. The protein from the Soltani were very tender and easy to chew. They do give you a lot of rice with this dish. My favorite item was the khoresht fesenjan. It was a little tangy maybe due to the pomegranates that were puréed with this. The Faloodeh was different but was really good. The rose water gave the ice a sorta syrupy taste and the noodles gave it texture. I want to try more from the menu.

As always, Shandeez delivered again on an amazing meal. Not only was the presentation on point but the flavors of home were present. The guidance the staff gave me on how much to purchase for my big family was exactly what I needed; feed my family well. The staff is always pleasant to work with and I can never just pick up my orders without staying for the chi and Mahloot (pictured). An amazing place to grab a bite to eat when you don’t feel like cooking. آفرین به شاندیز! متشکرم.

My husband is Iranian and we drove all the way from San Antonio to come and eat some good Persian Food. I thought everything we ordered was YUMMY. We ate Soltani and had the Persian Ice Cream and Faloodeh for dessert. The ice cream was sooo good! We took home Persian Baklava (which we’re going to go back for lol) and Napoleons. They were soooo good. We will definitely go back again and our server was nice!

My favorite persian/middle eastern restaurant in Austin! By far one of the best tahdig I had, up there with my grandma’s recipe! They start you off with noon, walnuts, cheese, and butter, and bring refills as well. Every food item i’ve tried here is tasty and filling. The first time I went was so good, I had to come back the next day for more! The atmosphere is very cozy, yet beautiful with natural flowers all around. Servers are very kind and assertive, as well as the cooks in the back being great! Everything came out pretty fast, being fresh and warm. There’s even a cafe attached to the restaurant with delicious pastries, I got the tiramisu which was delicious! Even if you’ve never tried Persian food I recommend giving this restaurant a shot!

No matter how much I talk, it won't be enough to tell how much we were glad to eat there. The staff is sooooo friendly, the service is great. If you don't know what are ordering, they will help you. The food is so good that makes you feel you're eating at home. Try the Makhloot, it's really good for dessert. For appetizers, trust me they're all worth to try and you won't regret it. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture for the lamb shank, I was hungry and I started eating and I didn't realize it till I finished 🤣
