I love Fazoli's! This location is always good, clean and great service. The prices are fair and the breadsticks are always buttery, warm and delicious. My only complaint is there is not one closer to me. This location is an hour and a half drive from my house and it is the closest one to me. We ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a chicken basil pesto dish that was gluten free. Fazoli's does not disappoint.
Fresh nice stick to your ribs meal. I only was able to eat half of my sampler plate with half the pizza breadsticks. Recommend maybe sharing a sampler and app?
Can't beat the price or the speed at which the food comes to the table. I've paid almost three times as much for chicken parmesan at other Italian restaurants that wasn't as good.

I hadn't heard of the place until recently, I tried there food and everything I've tried so far was tasty. From the savory bread sticks to the spaghetti, pizza, and raviolis. I love food and I have no negative things to say about this place. I give it 2 thumbs up. I also want to mention that this place (from my opinion) is clean, fast, and friendly. I’ve been coming to this Fazoli’s on and off since I was a teenager. It hasn’t always been great in that time. Which only makes it stand out even more now! The food is good; mozzarella skewers being a particular favorite in our house. But the best part, without doubt, is the people! Employees are friendly and quick to fix anything that might need attention. We’ll certainly be back!
Food is great. We were there for the first time and got $7 for two items. Can you imagine that price in 2022? This is what market competition gives you.
Beyond food, I can see the management has some problems. The interior wasn’t very clean and some of the staffs did not have good communication skills. Regardless, I give it 5-stars because its food was really really cheap yet tasty. I hope you improve the overall quality of customer service.
Didn't get all items in to-go order. This has happened a few times. Food is usually good, but breadsticks raw.

My mom and I were in town and decided to grab a bite to eat before we hit the road again...she and I have very different dietary restrictions and they were able to meet all that we asked of them and did it with a SMILE! Breadsticks NO butter - no problem, salad with no cheese or croutons, extra tomatoes- no problem, gluten-free pasta options, say no more, done. I felt like we had a VIP pass that day! I would drive the hour commute one way, just to go back to this specific Fazoli's. I should have gotten the name of the young man and young lady that assisted us, but didn't. Anywho, they deserve a raise or some type of recognition for going above and beyond!!!!!
We went tonight and received amazing customer service. The manager Shea took our order and help us decide what to get on our family meal tonight. The portions of the meal were just right for our family. And the food was was amazing. We will be back for sure.
