Potbelly Sandwich Shop

When I first walked in, great vibes! Get up to the ordering counter and was told they didn’t have the sandwich I went specifically for. First time trying this place and they didn’t have what I wanted, told the cashier I was going to go elsewhere. (Unfortunately I only have an hour lunch and didn’t have time to go elsewhere.) So I hop back in line and order “The wrecker”…… Let me tell you, the sandwich totally made up for them not having what I originally went for! But still a 10/10. I don’t try new things, at all. But I’m glad my time limited me to end up still eating here. Best sandwich I’ve had in a real long time! Hopefully next time they will have meatballs in stock. Will definitely be back!! Make sure you add a cookie, worth the extra calories! (Red velvet was a hit!) Only downfall, parking was horrible!!

I come here everyday because of the BOGO Zupp rewards. The employees are kind and fast. Most of them know my Pizza Melt and A Wreck order off the top of their heads. One of the employees, Valerie, is probably one of the best sandwich makers in the land and deserves a raise. Overall this place is awesome and I will continue to come here everyday.

The staff at this restaurant were super awesome! I came in about 30 minutes after they opened to order 20+ sandwiches to take to people at work. The team didn't even blink! Before I knew it they had five people on the line and had my order ready in minutes! Thanks for making my morning a little easier!
