Nothing puts a smile on my face like ending a normal hump day and heading over to the Hideout Pub with work friends or my boyfriend to get an order of $0.50 per wing. It's definitely a steal. If you add the beers available, it'll just make me wanna order more than usual.
Wow. Stopped by on a whim. So glad I did. Best burger I've had in Austin so far. And the onion rings.....holy cow, they were great. No attitude. Just really really good food and cold beer. I'll be back

Hidden Gem!. It's easy to tell that this place is a quality establishment! Even though it's tucked practically UNDER the expressway, the parking lot is always filled!

One of the best burgers in Austin. Cheap drinks, friendly waitstaff, and super legendary burgers. Also, they play lots of classic movies which is a plus.
Great beer selection for us snobs and seriously THE best burgers in town. Add to it the waffle fries and I can understand why the parking lot is always overflowing.
This place was booming when we went there. Lots of customers for the handful of staff working there, but they still took pretty good care of us. Their sound system had an app so you can queue up the music you want to hear. The good was, by far, the post part of the visit. I had a black and blue burger with onion rings, while the other guys in our group got The Works. The meat was excellent, and so was the seasoning. These burgers were juicy without being greasy, and the toasted buns were perfect.
Parking was limited, so definitely carpool or come early if you don't want to park on the street.
I'll definitely come here again!
Traveled to Austin for a conference and decided to stop by this joint as a recommendation from Google. I was not dissatisfied with the food or location. This place is better attended with someone else. I went by myself but it was still a pleasant experience. The inside had really dark lighting. I sat outside on a nice day but could really use some TVs. Got the mean green burger, which was pretty good. Did not try mixed drinks. Prices are good.

I met up with friends, and this place was awesome, not what I expected. The atmosphere was relaxed and drinks and food great. Definitely give it a try.
As the name mentions, this is the perfect hideout spot for a quick drink or meet with friends. The parking can get crowded, and the location on Google Maps is a bit off, but overall, it is a wonderful bar. Everyone there is super nice, and the drinks are priced reasonably.
Very dark inside if that's your jam, awesome outdoor patio. Food was great and drinks were cheap. What else could you ask for.
First time there tonight. I loved the fried pickles. The environment was awesome. I'll definitely be going back!!!!

Great service and laid back atmosphere. Oh and the tochos are amazing and the drinks aren’t overpriced!
