Some of the best cocktails in Austin, and a great evening patio vibe to boot. Their brunch is never crowded, always inventive and satisfying, and they're the idea place for local weddings and events. Truly love this spot!
This place has very interesting Decour it's probably out of the 40s or 50s but what you go there for is probably the drinks they have the most amazing selection of drinks. I would say the best time to check it out is happy hour because of the half off prices and the less time you have to wait for them to make your masterpiece of a drink
Great little patio bar on the East Side. Cocktails are a smidge expensive but tasty, and although the plates are small, the food has been overall great every time. Awesome spot to sit outside with some good company.
I had a great time at the patio with some friends. Great drinks. The three dishes I had were amazing. The mushroom crepe omg, the gnocchi wow and the brie crostini delish too. Wish they open one in Houston.
Great spot! I'm from Los Angeles, and this was the 'first' place that was recommended for me to go. Great food and cocktails. And Tara was a superb server. I have to point out that the charcuterie board was incredible. Cheese was better than most I tasted in L.A...
Nice restaurant on the East-side of Austin. Came here for brunch and ordered the breakfast sandwich...it was awesome! They also serve unlimited mimosas during brunch (ex: $25 will get you an entree and all-u-can-drink mimosas).
Loved the outdoor patio area for craft cocktails with friends. It's a nice place to go when you actually want to have a conversation with someone and be able to hear one another. The food was very fresh. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip. Me and my friend both have multiple food allergies and the server was super helpful and respectful. We were able to enjoy a nice night, worry free. This place is definitely going on my list of places to go back to. The rest of the menu looked delicious and I want to try more.
Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for a couple cocktails and appetizers with friends. Awesome cozy patio, delicious craft cocktails and tasty small bites, great for sharing! Love the vibe here. It was a little bit chilly outside once the sun set, but they have warm blankets available. On my way out, I walked through the inside of the restaurant and was really impressed by the cozy decor. I’ll definitely be back!
Charming new place on E. Cesar Chavez that is worth going too. Here's what I loved about the place. Fantastic interior design. Subway tiles all over the ceiling and great atmosphere. Service was great and attentive. Went on a chilly Friday night, so the place was packed inside. The inside bar is pretty tiny. This place will be great for the warmer months, since their outside patio area is spacious and really nice. What I didn't like about it was that it took awhile for the cocktails to come out and no heaters for the outside patio. Other than that, I will go back again. I suggest the Williams Collins and the White Horse cocktails.
Delicious craft cocktails and the best meat and cheese plate I have ever had. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Craft cocktail prices are standard. You can go cheap on drinks if you want to and stick to beer. Patio is an outstanding atmosphere. It is seat yourself when you come in so just find a table or a spot at the bar and order.
Brunch here because the food is excellent and the staff is great. I 100% guarantee anyone complaining is just mad they weren't worshiped for exploiting the bottomless mimosas beyond any fair expectation (ie: camping out at tables and milking it, making people waiting for a table wait way longer than anyone should selfishly, while others who want to enjoy brunch are screwed while simultaneously screwing the staff out of a good day of diverse tables and tips). Learn some consideration and manners. End rant.
Regardless, the food was awesome and our bartender/server (tall brunette!) was really fun 😎love the patio and the vibe, keep killing it ❤️
Slow slow slow. Love the location and atmosphere, it's definitely a great place to catch up with old coworkers and friends. The drinks are tasty and mixed really well.
Servers are nice but slow. Order a drink as soon as you get your first so by the time you finish your first your second will arrive five minutes later!
Weather Up is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a laid back environment, well made and creative cocktails and a friendly bar staff. The bartenders spare no detail when mixing any of their wide array of drinks, and they are always sure to recommend something if you are on the fence about your choice of drink. Complete with sipping spoons and shapely ice cubes, every drink I've had there has exceeded my expectations. It gets a little busy on Friday and Saturday nights, which is to be expected, so don't expect the best service at those times. I've found this to be a great place for a date or just for a quiet night with a few friends. If you like Peche or East Side Showroom, you'll like Weather Up even more.
Great spot for a nice cocktail and small parties. We came here with a large crowd after a family event and the staff didn’t appear to enjoy our business. Fair warning to those who might be turned off to “stuffy” bars. We enjoyed the building and the drinks though.
