Maiko Sushi

Amazing place, the service was top notch!!! The food was even better. I got the Chicken Fried Dumplings, they were soo juicy and filled with flavor and also I got the California Roll(I know, basic, lol, but it was still delicious), very clean space. The drinks were amazing, I highly recommend the Plum Wine Spritzer, was delicious!!! Although parking is a little bit tight, but not impossible, it’s downtown atx we’re talking about here, so no surprises there! Definitely check them out! Great service, all the staff were super welcoming and friendly! ✨

I got nigiri set for lunch while I was staying at Hyatt Place across the street and food was great quality! Order on the phone went smoothly and staff was friendly. While I didn't dine in, when I went to pick up my order, the ambience inside was clean, peaceful, and lively with other weekday lunch time diners. Next time I'm in town, this will be my go to sushi spot👍

Haha. These guys were great. I had a really early dinner with my family during a convention. We were staying across the street at the Hampton Inn. It was late dinnertime and I kept thinking about Maiko. I finally decided to come over to get sushi for me and one of my kids. I sat at the bar and talked with the bartender, Oscar (autocorrect got me on his name twice). Right before my food was brought out, the manager was talking with him, turned and looked at me, and said 'this is the most composed person in here'. Cracked me, Oscar, and another employee up. I was entertained while waiting for my food, finally ordering a shot of rum before it was ready. The sushi was good, we were well pleased with it.
