Felt like some Josie's enchiladas but didn't want to dine in. Was reluctant to order pickup, wasn't sure how the enchiladas would be packed, didnt want to lose any of that delicious sauce as to me, that is makes them so darn good. I was not disappointed, enchiladas came in their own container, swimming in yumminess while beans/rice came separately. If this is the way they pack their to-go orders, I will not hesitate to order online again.
Quite possibly the absolute BEST Enchiladas in Austin.

Super sketchy neighborhood, but the restaurant was amazing. Food was outstanding. Drinks were top notch. It was a good end to a crazy day. So crazy that I forgot my wallet. The waiter was cool and they had Google Pay, so all was good. If you just had a crazy day and just need a great margarita and some Tex-Mex comfort food, look no further.
I like this location. The food always comes out quick and the service is good. The servings are huge! My go-to is the strait plate enchiladas. I always leave satisfied.
The staff is super friendly! The chips and salsa are perfection. You can scan a QR code for a menu or get a paper one. The beef nachos are delicious. I would definitely go back. No complaints.

Visited recently and had a great experience! Food was soo good. We had the cheese enchilada plate yummm! I also had a pineapple refresh which such a yummy cocktail! The staff was very friendly also!
Maudie’s is my favorite place to eat Texas-Mex food. Excellent entrees. Excellent Mexican Martinis. Great wait staff!
As far as Tex Mex food goes you won't find a better restaurant than Maudie's. They have been providing consistently great quality, tasty Mexican food for years and years. Their exceptional salsa and chips start every meal. I've never been disappointed in any entree. My latest outing included Rockin RuthAnn's burritos with rice, beans and a side of pickled jalapenos. The mango margarita paired nicely with it. Nothing fancy inside, but wait staff is usually friendly and attentive, plus you'll never run out of chips, salsa or non-alchohic drinks. Give them a try and you'll likely be going back!
