I love going to this location. The staff is super friendly and I feel like the food tastes better than other DQ locations in Austin. I'm always amazed at how fast their drive thru line is. 11/10 woukd go back

Dairy Queen is great for quick and fresh meals and snacks. The staff is friendly and courteous and delivers your food to your table. I had the fresh tacos and they tasted great. The dining room is clean and has plenty of utensils for dining in. Definitely gives other taco places their run for their money.

I came in to town for business and I ate here twice. My food was delicious, hot and fresh! I’m a Texas native but haven’t lived in the state since I was a kid so I love the Texas DQ’s people who never ate at one have no idea how much better the Texas stores are! If I’m back in the area I will definitely eat at this location again!
We went in for some blizzards and everyone was above and beyond welcoming. We ordered 5 blizzards, which they made happily and lightening fast. The cashier offered to take a family picture for us when we sat down! I just wanted to share how much this restaurant stands out for its welcoming atmosphere.
You will not find a Dairy Queen in Austin, or for that matter the entire state of Texas, with better customer service than this Dairy Queen. The folks here are so friendly and customer focused you would think you are at a chik-fil-a! Plus the food quality here is always top-notch. The drive-through line is often long, which is a very telling sign of the quality as well. One tip - do not attempt the drive-through if you have a large car or SUV, they have a very tight turning radius and you will get stuck. The inside counter service is also very fast and the restaurant interior is clean. Everything on the menu is good here. If you have not been to DQ in awhile, give this place a try and you will be back and your belt will be busted! ;-)
Even though The food was 4/5 The Young guy Customer that was on the Drive through was very pacient with me & my kids, Definently would recomend others visiting the place its very joyful & The guy was just super caresmatic with my kids Thank you whatever your name is, And if a Manager sees this we would just like to say You will definently See us recomending alot more people in to the restaurant the service was just AMAZING my kkds loved their Food, 4/5 because food was alittle too hot for them but other than that The young guy who served me Was Very nice,I have no idea if hes new but Ived never seen him on window, Anyways Thanks to the guy who Was very nice, Have a Merry christmas (this review was meant to be posted Friday but i compleatly forgot) my husband stoped by some dq Saturday and i said oh the review for the young guy! I believe he was around 16-17 years old.

I love going here when I get a burger craving. My go-to is the tripple belt buster. Yes, I eat like my stuffed saber tooth tigers would. I've also found the service to be great. Very friendly, which is not the norm for many fast food places.
My favorite Dairy Queen! Always stop by after hitting the thrift store across the street. Some of the best bacon burgers around! My family and I can’t get enough!
Tonight I went through the drive thru & a young man helped me out at the window. He seemed to have a disability (don’t want to specify as that’s not my business nor is it the point) & he was apologizing for experiencing symptoms of his disability during the transaction. I didn’t get his name or I wouldn’t even mention his disability, I just want him to be recognized. He was extremely sweet and got us our order quickly, I will be back to this location to support staff :)

I gave the food 5 stars but really I was delivering food so I didn't try it.
The employees at this location are great! Always super friendly and smiling. always get my food super quick and it's good. However - Dairy Queen I saw a TikTok that your employees aren't allowed to sit on the job, I hope that's not true for every location or any location, really. Workers deserve to be able to sit down from time to time and it's a health risk otherwise!
