Galaxy Cafe

The food and service was great. The food was ready quickly. I had the Brie Burger with a side salad and my mom had the Chicken Tortilla soup. My burger tasted wonderful - the brie went well with the caramelized onions. My salad was good as well. The ranch dressing was amazing! My mom liked her soup, but said it xould have been hotter. It was lukewarm. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

I have started going to Galaxy quite often--at least twice a week. The Pesto Alfredo with chicken is a favorite. Perfect comfort food! Grilled Salmon with brown rice pilaf is another favorite. Staff is usually nice, although I don't often recognize them from previous visits. Big staff or large turnover?

Food was pretty good. My only complaint food wise was I ordered a “freshly squeezed” Orange juice but instead I got a Tropicana juice or similar. Certainly not freshly squeezed. If it’d been a place where you pay your check at the end, I would have sent it back, but you have to order everything before you even sit down, so that was an issue, as there was always a long line for the one register that was available. At the point of ordering, you pay and they ask you for a tip, to choose between 18%, 20%, or 22%, which is weird, given you haven’t had a chance to get any service yet. Also, the tip percentages suggested didn’t seem appropriate for a place where you have to order food that way. If you go there for brunch on a weekend, get there before 11am - the place gets busy!

Went at 4 pm to knock out a quick email and photo upload and there were hardly any patrons there and I got coffee and sent my email by 5pm. customers then started to come in, it was nice break for me to focus.. 🙂 I ate there before a few times for breakfast and it was good 😌 same deal since my truck is my office and where I usually eat. The food at Galaxy is always great

We are lucky we found this place randomly on Google Maps as this place is a little secret. My wife and I had breakfast here this past weekend and we’re pleasantly surprised at how well executed everything was. It’s low-key, fast-service, order at the counter but so good. It makes things easier and you don’t have to wait 2 hours to get an omelette on a Saturday morning. We both had omelette that were delicious and we got rice bread instead of gluten bread and it was great. The bacon was well cooked and the sausage patties were delicious. We didn’t get pancakes but the table next to us did and we kinda regretted it. We will definitely be back here!
