I’ve been driving by the building for 12 years and always thought I need to eat there. Well Saturday I had the chance and pull into the parking lot. Other than typical Austin parking, my experience was outstanding. The iwner/ manager ( not sure) greeted us and fortunately we were able to be seated Richcreek got away. 20 minutes later it would have been a wait because it got busy quickly. Our server was attentive and once I let him know I have gears no issues, he made sure to lean and answered my questions about the menus. Tables weren’t crowded close together which made conversation easy. Once my steak arrived ( went for their signature sirloin) it was simply one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Danielle’s steak was cooked to perfection as well. I was mildly surprised by the affordable prices. I had expected to pay more after reading the online comments. As we left the manager/owner made sure to ask us if our meal was prepared correctly and service was satisfactory. He didn’t come to the table but waited at the entrance. I recommend this hidden gem to everyone.

Ive been here three or four times and they have never let me down. Steak is always cooked just as requested. Drinks are always delicious and service is on point. Thanks to our waiter, Josh, this time for amazing service!
Rating: 10 of 10. Excellent service. Awesome atmosphere. Great place for a date but we ordered way too much food. Highly recommend ALC! Buffalo Lamb Chops were 🔥 as was the Porterhouse. (However I wouldn't recommend the woman that I took to ALC Steaks though.) LMAO. I will definitely return in the future with a different date in the future.
We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday on Saturday in a private dining room. The service was impeccable from planning to execution. The meal was stellar. I highly recommend ALC Steaks!
Took my Wife to ALC Steaks for the first time and they didn’t disappoint! I had steak, lobster tail, and Brussel sprouts. My wife had steak and potatoes. Clean atmosphere and good service to go along with it. The food was phenomenal to go along with good portion sizes.
Phenomenal place. Jeff really helped make our anniversary one to remember. Cocktails were good. Old fashioned was the right amount of stiff. My wife loved her salad.
Her steak, the pork chops, the Brussels, and broccolini were perfect. The only detractors were the glazed carrots were kind of a homogenous mess and the sweet potato fries were lackluster.
However just passing on those, the experience was top notch and I highly recommend it.

My family treated me and my wife to ALC for our 34th anniversary and my 53rd birthday. Yes the same day😎. The staff made everything very special for us and was much appreciated! And the food was extraordinary! I had the Wagu steak, French onion soup and shrimp appetizer. Thanks so much for a great December 23!

Before attending a high school football game at House Park we walked over to Austin Land Cattle to eat dinner. The place was busy and others had the same idea. However this place is separated where the bar was first come first serve with its own menu and the table seating with another menu. This place is bigger than it seems and there was plenty of empty tables where we easily got one.
I ordered a grilled shrimp plate and it was delicious where the shrimp were huge and had great flavor. The place had great atmosphere felt like it had little rooms everyone making it feel a bit private while dining.
Celebrated our 1 year wedding anny here with an absolutely delicious meal. He had the rib-eye with bourbon peppercorn sauce and Coleyworld approved 💜
I had the snapper with verde sauce. For veggies, he got asparagus and I got broccolini which was perfectly crisp and seasoned. Of course we ordered Mac and cheese but I asked for no truffle and no bacon. We went alll in and each got desserts too 🐷 🐽 🐖. Had to get into bed early after that meal. No regrets!

Great experience at Austin Land and Cattle! The meat of the Ribeye was very tender with Argentinian Steak being the best quality steak my wife has ever had. Being a shrimp lover, I would have appreciated 1-2 more shrimps for the cocktail but it was great! Mac and cheese is also a must-have!
Would definitely go there again for a dinner date or if friends coming from out of town.
