Amazing bar and restaurant worth coming to even without staying at the hotel.

My wife and I decided to get away from San Antonio to spend someplace quiet and relax poolside for a weekend. Having Knotty Deck and Bar at the Renaissance Hotel was convenient and great. Food was very good and a good sized menu. Our first meal took a while and the fries were cold. Asked for new fries and by the time we got them we were almost done with the meal. All other meals and services were great.

Amazing service and even better food! It's extremely convenient to eat here when staying at the hotel. There is plenty of seating, as well as bar seating, and an entire outdoor deck that has great views. Everything about this place was 5 stars. I would definitely come here again even if not staying at the hotel.

I’m a big fan of their Mac-n-Cheese, the smoked bacon worked so well. Their Chicken Sandwich was also flavorful, the chicken was well seasoned and juicy. Sitting at the bar guarantees that you will be served, while self sit-in takes a lot longer to be attended. Overall, the food and drinks were great and the bartenders were hospitable.

This is our to go place. We frequent this place once every month or two months. The location is amazing, and the food is pretty delicious. I love the customer service here as well. Once we are done, we go downstairs to walk and explore the garden/trail. I highly recommend it here. It's one of my favorite spots in Austin.

After being at the hospital all day we were too tired to go out to eat and just had the energy to go back to the hotel and eat there. We were so glad we did. Drew was the absolute best!!! Knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun. He totally turned our day around and was honestly one of the best servers I've had in a while. The food was really good as well!

Y’all!!! The bulgogi fries (Knotty Fries) were absolutely bomb. A little cold when they came out but the sauces mixed with the perfectly marinated bulgogi beef made me cry tears of marinated joy. Also Andrew (don’t call him Andy), was the best server and made me laugh more than a few times.

Came around afternoon to try something different. I got the knotty fries which were very flavorful, the way I like! I didn't know what exact drink I wanted , the bartender asked my flavor profile and came back with a delicious blueberry mint martini

This was my first time at this restaurant and the knotty burger was absolutely amazing. I also had an omelette which was very good. I have no complaints.
