Love this place! I'm very jealous that Texas gets to enjoy this place. They need to open these in California, it would make a killing.
I had a burrito with brisket, cheese, grilled onions, raw onions, chiles and some other toppings and it was one of the best I've ever had. Certainly for the price. The chips and queso here are also really good. It's absolutely worth mentioning that they make their own tortillas here. It makes a huge difference.

Delicious filling burritos!
Cafeteria style for ordering. A lot of different and unique options for burritos. I got a brisket burrito and it was really delicious. Tortillas are made on site and everything is fresh. Good selection of drinks as well.
Busy overall when I went in the evening on a weekday but must be good with all the people. Would go back to try something else on the menu. Definitely stop by.

Good Mexican cuisine restaurant with great food and decent atmosphere at reasonable food prices.
Lots of choices in dishes and quite customizable to each person’s taste. Right from tortillas to the whole burrito, can be made just how you want it.
Must try once at least!
Plenty of parking spots outside, can have wait times but service is quoted fast.

Restaurant is usually JAM packed lol, at certain times, but I definitely believe it's worth it! This burrito 🌯 😍 might look intimidating, but really it's just a softy filled with love. Come on by and enjoy. Ps. I prefer this place over Chipotle any day 💯

I really wish they would open on Sundays, but finally managed to visit to get my #10 veggie burrito 🌯
Delicious food, staff is always friendly, and if you show up right when they open there's no line!

Portion sizes and value are amazing here. Placed an online order for a veggie burrito and it was not only tasty, but enough to keep me fed for 2 days. Cooks in the kitchen were also helpful in pointing me towards the second food pickup area. Be warned though: this place is very busy at lunch

Good Tex-Mex type of food. A little pricey and very busy for lunch. I liked their very thin in-house flour tortillas for their tacos. Except their corn tortillas. There were generic store bought.

Cabo Bob’s!! 🙌🏽
This is way better then chipotle. I love the multiple options of meat, salsa, etc.
Highlights are the pork - so flavorful - and the fresh tortillas ! The tortillas are made right in front of you.
Love Cabo Bob’s and can’t wait to come back and try more!

I'm still shocked there aren't more around town. Brought family from San Diego over, and they had fish tacos... they were very impressed... that says a lot! We've been going for years. While the service at times has been neither here nor there, the food has always been fantastic.

As good as the first time I had it when I first moved to TX. By far better than Chipotle (its not even close,) less expensive, and they have their own fountain drinks- unlike Torchys, which sold out and now only has big brands

I prefer going to this location as not only is it closer to where I live, but also the parking is much easier than the Rio Grande location. Have not been in a couple weeks, but as always the food is good. It can get busy during peak times, but that is to be expected.

This is where you can find the BEST TASTING BURRITOS period! It is on a different level compared to any other Mexican Food Restaurant. All 4 tortilla flavors are made on the spot right in front of you. Simply point to the food you want added and they hook it up! They even have brisket, steamed zucchini and squash, a mix of beans called BAJA, delicious white rice, a variety of sauces and the queso is out of this world. There’s also a loyalty program with cards that get punched out. The branding is fun and welcoming, with a Cabo Bob, an old surfer dude. The guac and steak are the only thing that I don’t like so far. Fav place to take foodies visiting austin! Highly recommend. A burrito will cost you about $8-12.

Consistently my favorite lunch in Austin! I’m on another phase of eating here at least once a week. Best fried fish. Great tortillas.

When living in Austin I would eat here multiple times per week. I love Chipotle, but Cabo Bob's Burritos were on another level. Loved their fresh tortillas and the brisket was always good.
