This is my favorite location to come to the refill my Waters would reverse osmosis that can easily check in and check out with as well as a Amazon return center it's easy to get in and out of and on top of that they have a nice dine out area outside when it's not too hard underneath the tree
This Whole Foods is a preferred location for my husband and I where we always receive great customer service and never have issues.
Recently, we purchased a new found product that was on sale, tried it, and it did not agree with my body. I was unsure of how the store would handle this because it was a sale item so I immediately called to speak with a manager. The manager that helped me was Jay who was very empathetic and apologetic about my concern with this particular product. I explained to him that we shop here often, I didn’t want our money back, and that we are open to an exchange if they allow it considering it is a sale item. Jay assured me that the exchange would be honored and requested my availability for return where we then discussed a day and time to reconnect in person.
I am just leaving the store and feel extremely overjoyed considering his consistency with maintaining personal integrity. Jay is such a gentleman and handled my exchange professionally while expressing his hope for our return.
Talk about southern hospitality!
You all have a great leader on your hands, I am grateful to continue shopping at our preferred location, and pray that Jay advances within the company.
With favor 🤟🏽
I generally like Whole Foods and visit when I'm in Austin. This location is one of the smaller stores. I love the storw brand bread but it was on a high shelf with 2 left that were way out of my reach. It took me quite a while to find someone to help me reach the bread. Also, I get the frozen gluten-free for my son. Another store was out the last time I went. This time there was only 1. I like to stock up since I don't live in Austin and don't get down there to shop. But if basic stock is not going to be available then there is really no point in going at all.
Good and very big. You can get everything you want. I like this place for selling quality products. Purchased organic tomatoes here which can be used to prepare mouth watering tomato DAL curry at home. Amazing taste but 4-5 lb of tomatoes cost me 12$. Very costly. Good place if you have money to bear prices.
My wife has purchased 2 LB of chicken costs about 8$. We have Taken 1 LB of Solomon fish fillet about 9.99$.
People work here are customer friendly.
This place is located busiest place at Austin TX
I definitely drink the Whole Foods Kool aide and am happy to do it because just the simple fact that they don’t use brominated flour in their bakery makes me only want to go here for my bakery and bread products. Aside from that, the list of 100 or so ingredients that they have chosen to not be allowed in their store speaks to their effort to focus on wholesome foods and research guided evidence on what is healthy. I love discovering new local and regional brands that are focused on providing the most organically sourced food possible. I also loved that when there was a giant egg shortage in Austin due to issues with the larger poultry farms, Whole Foods was fully stocked because they source from small independent farms also and so tend to not have as many supply chain issues. All in all “I love my Whole Foods”
Love this lil location close to Tesla Supercharger. * But, you’re losing my business by closing so early. Stay open until 9:30 or 10:00 at least, even Saturday/ Sunday could boost your profits tremendously. Now I’m growing dependent on products only found at Target.
Wide variety of products....from fresh produce to pre-seasoned sides and meats...all the way to heat and eat meals. Not as much of a selection as HEB or Walmart...but more than not...higher end choices. More dietary restrictive type choices available.

We love this Whole Food… primarily because we love the pizza and the care that Eddie puts into every pie.
Today we ordered a pie with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Portobello Mushrooms. Eddie whipped it up and on top of that, because we have a little one, I asked Eddie to cut it into 16 slices instead of the standard 8 so that my son has an easier time eating. I asked Eddie if there was a way to tip, he said, “No. I do this because I love it.”
Someone give this guy a bonus! Every time we come, he’s always so nice and amenable. He represents the epitome of Customer Service.

Purchase: a couple of slices of pepperoni & mushroom pizza; Some miniature cheesecakes (5+1) from The Eatery, and a ginger lemon sparkling water.
Eddie was making pizzas, and despite how busy it was, he was super friendly and threw a bit of portobello and cheese on a couple slices, tossed them in the oven, and boxed them up nice for me, to go.
I know it's in the job description but, I just wanted to share a positive review of Eddie because I felt his service deserved it - especially when it seems like everyone is quitting their jobs left and right - he was very nice and I felt he should be recognized.
I love the salad bar and hot food bar at this place. They keep it well stocked with fresh food all day. The selection great and the people are always very friendly.
From the moment you walk in, this place looks, smells, tastes, and feels like healthy living. Free samples of delicious culturally diverse offerings are made available by friendly people who work there. The shelves are well stocked and organized. The products are diverse and geared toward people with specific demands when it comes to the standards of quality, production, and origin of the products the consume.
They offer hot, cold, Mediterranean, and soup bars where you can build your own box. Wine, beer, chocolate, bulk foods, produce, cereals, butcher's cuts, seafood, vegan options, and more can be found here!
