The pizza itself is 5 star in terms of taste - my large and diverse family loved it. One significant knock on pizza is there’s way too much crust - probably more than any other pizza I’ve ever had. That said, I still give pizza a five star review based on taste. Major negative for pieous is the ability to order pickup. No phone number. One would think ordering online would be easy but it’s not - their website is not set up for mobile apps/ordering from a phone. I had to get on my computer after ten minutes of crashing/slow response. And then it still wasn’t seamless. Also, I ordered for a large group and had no idea how big the pie is (medium size). The low rating of service is not tied to the actual staff who were friendly.

It’s been a while and the wedge salad did not disappoint but the cold pizza and chaos did. Last nights meal felt like a dinner on a roller coaster with a disappointing cold pizza to finish things off. Still a good place with very good food but the whole wait in line, don’t wait in line use the QR at your table thing needs attention, please. Too good a place to be this chaotic

Love Pieous. After being away from Austin for almost five years, it was one of my first stops. Gotta’ get the caesar!

Went here for dinner, had a great time and our group of five were able to have conversations. The menu was extensive and everyone was very happy with their dinner. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. Next time I'm in Dripping Springs I'll be returning.

I've been wanting to try out this location for a couple of years now. It didn't disappoint. While the pizza was good, the salad was amazing, and the tiramisu was THE BEST! I've traveled to Italy, sampling tiramisu daily because I like it so much, and this was among the best I've had. The cream is fluffy and dreamy, the textures and flavors so perfectly balanced. 🥰 Service was friendly and prompt, too. It's definitely worth coming back again for.

We got margerita and shrooms pizza. The pizzas came out very fast. Both of them tasted great with a flavorful tomato sauce base an. The sauted mushrooms were my favorite. Only negative was that a part of my crust was burnt to crisp. Definitely the pizzas are a bit on the pricier end for the size but they are delicious

We stumbled upon Pieous on our way from Austin to San Antonio and WOW!!! We loved everything about the place from the decor and atmosphere to the pizzas. I had the Rocket, tasted exactly like the same thing I had in Rome. My husband had the Fat Queen and enjoyed every bite. The handmade goodness of Pieous is fantastic! Wish I lived here to have it again. ❤️🍕

Anytime we are in Dripping Springs we have to stop for pizza. The pizza is always amazing and the Vietnamese coffee is delicious.
