The Colony Pub

Prime rib was thick and delicious, I had to get a to go box, there was so much. The clam chowder was the best I have ever had! It's the only clam chowder where I could actualy see the clams in every bite, very flavorful! I recommend going to this restaurant pub, you will not be disappointed! Definitely go with an appetite. The service is excellent and the staff is always been friendly, fun and efficient.

Great little local pub/tavern in the heart of Aurora antique town. After a day of full on antique shopping, we always stop here for a few pitchers of draft domestic beer. In October, they usually have a few pumpkin ales to sample. We've never actually eaten here because we have our hearts set on pizza down the road, but maybe next time we'll try dinner from their menu. We love their Happy Hour!! 🍺😃🍻

Was looking forward to trying this place considering the rating. Four different staff talked to me and one finally brought a menu. She apologized for me waiting 10 minutes at that point. Apparently no one was responsible for taking orders. After 15 more minutes someone finally came by with an order pad but I was finished. I'm glad some people like it but I can't tell you anything about the food Must need to be a regular or know the secret handshake or something.

The food is decent, nothing special, it’s bar food with standard prices. The service here is horrible, they are so severely understaffed they should have closed for the day. Took forever to get seated with a clean table, and from there on out it was a consistent 20-30 min wait for everything (drinks,food,check). I would not go here again unless you’re looking to spend 2+ hours to get a mediocre bar sandwich

Went there for dinner food was excellent .then we were playing the poker machines when the owners daughter she said she was came in and accused us of playing her credit on her machine first off we were playing a different machine second she was so drunk she had forgot she was even playing tell this older lady went and asked her . I wonder why she would say I played her credits I wasn't the only one in there but I was the only Hispanic person so sad this happened cause I really liked going there with my family . Always was treated good by everyone else but I guess cause she's the owners daughter we won't be going there anymore 😠😕

I'd spend my money anywhere else. Used to like the establishment until I learned more about it. If you like food off the floor Definitely try here. Kitchen and management is questionable at best. Edit: I seen it served strait of the floor. Say what you will. We just put it back in the deep fryer sometimes 😂 Guarantee 1/50 burgers hits the floor before the plate. Also, you’re business isn’t registered with the BBB. Speaks for itself.
