Burger King

I keep hoping this Burger King will straighten up and serve customers like they deserve to be treated. The other Burger King closed just down the street and wish they had closed this one instead as the other one gave great service. The food is different here. Every day the food is cold and rarely hot the next. Most of the time the frozen drink machine is not working and the coupon app. won't work. They don't care but want my money. One guy told me to have the app. ready in my phone before driving thru. Another time my order was not correct or the drink was 90 percent ice, no cup holders, forgot the condiments, the chicken fries were cold and hard, no receipt when I am sharing the cost, etc. Don't waste your time here. Always a terrible experience and they don't really care. Believe me! Don't spend your money here.

Coming to this Burger King is a hit and Miss! Some days we come and the food is hot and the cheese is melting, but most days the breakfast hash browns are hotter then the sandwich. I don't like getting room temperature burgers or croissants! Then there Ice Coffee comes with more ice then coffee... I like the burger king but if they fixed these issues I'd love it!!

Breakfast was bad. The burrito stuck to the wrapper. My Stomach is growling after 10 minutes. The food tasted like nothing. I felt and honestly heard Plastic in my mouth while eating. I would not recommend. Go get a dozen eggs and cook for yourself. Also I had to ask for sauce and didn’t get any napkins. Thank god I’m not going on a road trip cause I might have to stop a lot! Don’t…Go……Here……

Ordered through the drive through for myself and wife and 5 year old. Each meal has a drink but was handed the drinks individually as I was the only one in the car. Had to ask for a carrier. Got home and the orders was wrong missing the sauce my wife asked for, also her Whopper Jr with cheese meal was missing the cheese, and the special sauce I asked for was not in the bag..... oh and the 3 drinks I bought had no straws. I always have my wife text me what she wants so I can read it exactly but yet the order was still wrong. Won't be going back, unfortunately attention to detail and customer service is non existent these days.

The food was decent. I went to wash my hands before we sat down to eat and I was disappointed. They have sinks without automatic faucets and no paper towels. So you have you touch the faucet to turn it on and off and then you have to touch the door to open it. So your basically just getting your hands dirty and never clean. I absolutely hate restaurants that don't have paper towels these days, or efficient ways to wash your hands and keep them clean, it's unsanitary and just plain cheap. And then to think that your employees have to deal with this all shift as well just means your constantly spreading germs. Don't be cheap and install paper towel dispensers!!

Drive through remodel looks great. However, only 1 of the 2 lanes is open during breakfast (this is the only time we go). Order a 2 for $4 breakfast sandwich and hash browns. We were asked to pull around to the side because the hash browns were in progress. Food came out quickly and the staff was friendly.

Was over all a decent experience! Although I had one problem as one of the workers was handing me my food! He clearly wiped his nose right in front of me and then proceeded to handing me my food! The worst part about it after handing my food over he went back to the same spot without washing his hands! He had no gloves on, while wiping his nose with his hand, SERVING FOOD!!!
