Mcdonald's

I asked for my food fresh off the grille light mayo they never get it right and I'm served food that's been sitting for a while.. I hate it here old dry nuggets old dry fries n they are so busy they never answer the phone .. I have to drive back around the parking lot to complain oh yeah I haven't left the lot for it to be cold food ... 😩 the staff is full of young careless people talking n hanging out in back leaving customers waiting I. Line forever so they can chill bathroom dirty no tissue and they had a security guard lol lol🤣🤣 they need to fire all even the manager and start fresh look at all the reviews all the different people saying the same thing worst experience ever rarer.

If I could give a negative star i would. RAW MEAT!!! NO APOLOGY NO REFUND NO ONE ANSWERED PHONE. Manager refused to tell me his name refused to tell me if it was corporate or franchise location. And closed the window on me. Saying I ate it no refund. I came back and returned the meal. I do understand some people are rude and accidents happen but I wasnt even rude not yelling not anything of the sort. I wasnt even given an apology this was at 1am. I've been feeling nauseated since then. Im looking for district manager and further action at this point

Been here a few times and they very literally ignore you. I understand that fast food is tough and when you’re slammed it’s hard to get everyone. Management seems very bad so much so that they have no one at the front taking orders. They seem very understaffed and that’s not fair to anyone, customers and workers. Just poor management it seems.

This is the worst McDonald’s, for one they are super slow, and you get harrassed by beggars every time and no employee does anything! I DoorDash and pick up here a lot and I’ll be in the drive thru line and people literally walk down the row of cars asking for money! One guy was carrying a blue zipper bank bag! They come right up to your window and it makes me nervous at the speaker with my windows even slightly cracked

This mcdonalds is hit or miss. I have sat at this mcdonalds for 15 minutes while not a single car moved in the drivethrew yet the lobby was closed and 5 workers were sitting at a table talking. They have gotten my order wrong numerous times and even completely missed items. They have given me happy meals with just fries and a toy a few times, never put sauce in the bag for nuggets.

We have been going to this McDonald's for 54 years. About 35 years ago they started getting the orders wrong pretty consistently. I know why do I still go there. All other McDonalds are to far away. Again today incomplete order. Also all other McDonald's seem to be serving cold hamburgers old fries and chicken nuggets.
