Burger King

The most dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The outside is just sad to watch. Garbage everywhere. Staff is super ghetto. You can't say anything because of fear they might either slash your tires or place bugs in your food. Food is beyond greasy and old tasting. I keep giving them chances but this was the last time I came to this location. My bag of food had nasty, greasy finger prints all over it. Same lady handling money also grabbing the food bags.

By even Burger King's low bar this location sets the substandard. Rude employees and management, often out of items on the menu and a general s*** appearance of the store. This makes the McDonald's at Eola and Hafenrictor look like a 3 star michelin restaurant. There are much better Burger Kings within a few miles of this place. If you are really hankering for a burger, I would just go up the street to the Sonic, which busy, often puts out a good product.

Although inside is beautiful, clean, updated and the gentleman that helped us was very nice...The food was meh! I tried their carmel frappe I have been seeing on commercials and was extremely disappointed. I didn't even finish half of it because the taste was not pleasant. Now let's talk about the cheeseburger which could fit in the palm of my hand. Are they always that small? Also, the meat didn't look all the way cooked, had a pink tone to it. Again is that normal for Burger King? The fries were nice and FRESH but sadness their ketchup was just liquid like water so we couldn't even use it. With fresh fries you need to have a cooling agent so you can eat them right away. Overall, our experience was okay here nothing wow about it, but hey maybe next time!

Place is much better after remodeling and updated. Service was excellent! Coffee was hot and cookies were soft. Perfect 👌! They just lost a star 🌟 because they charge you 25 cents plus tax = $0.27 for barbecue sauce. Again, don't make me pay for the business losses. Place has become a ghost 👻 town....
