Dairy Queen

I ordered a mini heath blizzard. When it was delivered, it was a cup of vanilla ice cream. I had a hard time finding the heath. I asked (nicely), "I think you forgot you add the heath". The workers response (nicely) "we have rules as to how much we can put in based on the size ordered. But you can get more for 88¢". Last time I will go there. There was almost nothing added to the ice cream. There was about 1/4 the amount other DQs put in. When you can't find it, it might as well not be there! Last time to stop there.

Cones are almost always smaller than what the examples show, and for nearly $5 a cone (with sprinkles or dipped), that's disappointing. You can get the same amout at McDonalds for $1.50 no frills... The ice cream isn't cold enough to do crunch coat on a first try (they fall apart), it normally takes them couple attempts.

Decided to try dairy queen "real food" for the first time. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken snack wrap and this is what was in the box when I opened it. Looks nothing like on the menu. Not very appetizing and will not be trying their real food again. Gave 2 stars because the blizzard was good even if very thin.

This Dairy Queen is incredible. I have been going here since I was a child. I visited several times since March as a way to get out of the house and enjoy some amazing blizzards like the wonder woman and Snickerdoodle cookie dough. Tonight when I visited the girl working made me the best brownie blizzard I've ever experienced, and I wanted to leave this review as a way of saying thank you and hoping she knows I loved it. Service is speedy and polite every time, and the employees are all phenomenal.

After receiving an email about the different ice cream cake options for Easter, I called this location to place a cake order. The girl told me they were closing in 30 minutes and that I should call back the next day. She then changed her mind and said she would call me back and hung up without getting any information from me. Received no call back that night or the next day so tried calling again to place a cake order and the girl did not know what design I was talking about (carrot design in the DQ email blast) or how to put in a cake order. She indicated only the manager can do a cake order. Very disappointing to not be able to get an ice cream cake for Easter due to lack of training As a customer I shouldn't have to try so hard to place a simple order.
