Qdoba Mexican Eats

I have constantly had issues with this location. Today my family ordered our food online. The time the app estimated our food would be ready was 7:01. We arrive at 7:07, and upon entering I don’t see my order anywhere. Perhaps I just don’t see it. No. I give an employee my name and they tell me “we will get that started for you right now”… WHAT??? As they start my food for 5 people, I sigh loudly hoping they’ll see how peeved I am. My hungry family is waiting and I am furious now, because what do I see?? At least 2 workers standing near the bathrooms talking to their friends and hanging all over their boyfriends while only a few workers were working on my order, not to mention there were other people waiting to order. Finally food in hand, I storm out of the building and get into my car. The time is 7:20 when I finally leave the parking lot. I would also like to mention that my order was not even prepared correctly. They gave me soft shells instead of crunchy. Today is my cheat day and I can’t even have my crunchy tacos. Night ruined, honestly. I will think twice when ordering from here again.

The service was great. Everything else was not. The bathroom had used up tioled paper with urine all over the floor very filthy and nasty looking floors. The tables filthy and the food looked very old looking like it was preheated from days ago. They had closed at 1530 because the manager had not arrived yet per employee she needed to get off work so she posted a closed sign so no one can come in. I witnessed people going back to their cars because of the closed sign. I even asked what time they closed they said 2300.

I have eaten at this Qdoba since they opened. Never again. Today I got home with my order and a glove was wrapped up in the foil with the burrito. I called them and they said there’s no way that was true. Here’s a picture of the glove that fell out when I unwrapped it. I will never go back to this place again. It is disgusting. Also no one is wearing masks during the Covid outbreak. Done with this place. Extremely poor management.

We normally like coming to this Qdoba but it seems like service has been declining lately. We went today and there was no sense of urgency. It took about 15 minutes to get our 4 orders through. Nothing was stocked. I understand when food shortages happen but then there was no forks or paper towels for the lobby. A lot of the food options were out as well. We decided to dine in and I watch as online order after online order would come in and not get acknowledge for a good amount of time. The store was even closed early.

We like eating at Qdoba and always have a good experience but this particular location is a let down. The restaurant is filthy! The tables (practically every table) are not clean or have not been wiped down after the customers left. Very unsanitary! Especially disappointing with COVID still around. The floors have not been swept up or mopped for I don't know how many days. It is disgusting and filthy!! My husband refused to use the bathroom there as it was not clean at all. The food was left to be desired and it looked like cafeteria food that's been left out for hours. The owner or management really needs to look into this. The only good thing about this place was that we had a very pleasant server. But otherwise, that's basically only it.

I love the food but recent visits have been disappointing. One issue is that the staff uses one of the booths in the store as some sort of a staging area for catering. It makes the seating area look trashed out. Also, a recent online/app order was no available at the requested time, nor 15 minutes later. The manager just simply said, "Sorry, I can't get to those orders." The only trouble is that Q-Doba already took my money. Doesn't build much trust for future orders.

Was visiting my family there and we decided to order online and do a pickup order. About an hour wait and they said order was ready. After we got there we were told we had to wait 30 minutes. The restaurant was dirty and bad service. We left and disputed the charge with our credit card. I’m glad I didn’t taste the food anyways. Never again.

Only 1/4 bag chips with chips and queso. “We are almost out so only one scoop per customer. Sorry about that.” So make every customer aggravated by no chips. The debit didn’t work. The steak was very tough. The food area was very filthy. Food every where. I have never seen this restaurant this dirty. I will not come back.
