Smashburger

Lovely experience! It wasn't busy at all, the employees were so kind and polite throughout the time we were there and the food was amazing, I definitely reccomend one of their signature burgers if you're starting out and unsure what to get (also their fries are AMAZING in the sense that they are salted *just* the right amount, but other times they do come off oversalted), but if you have the spare time, just dine in! They'll hand you a number and you place it whatever you wanna sit and after you wait the world is your oyster! All in all, it's a great time and its it a very warm and friendly atmosphere that'll make for a wonderful and joyous experience. (Updated: As of April 19, 2022): Smashburger was yet again, a lovely time. It's usually only like one person in line when you go in and someone will always be there ready to take your order, which is nice compared to other places where they may be too busy or occupied and you have to do that weird waiting game. But we never usually have that problem here. The staff has always been friendly and has gotten our order right down to the last removal of pickles. Now, however, I've noticed depending on what you order will factor in how long it takes for your food to be ready, such as when I decided to try their chicken sauce, it took like 10 minutes when it usually takes about 5 minutes for them to get our order of just burgers, so beware of that. What I enjoy is that when they call the name of your order (if it's takeout at least), they will let you know if they have included things or sauce, and if they didn't include them, they'll either direct you to the areas that have them or they'll grab them, depending on availability. I think that's very refreshing, especially when usually you have to check yourself and sometimes have to go back and ask or go to their designated area to get them. It just saves time on my behalf and it's greatly appreciated (thank you)!

Cashier was very helpful in helping with ordering and explaining the menu items as well. Burger and fries are on point. Good flow of customers coming through. The place was very clean and sanitary eating areas were cleaned quickly and sanitized well. Customers are attended to every few minutes as well. Thanks Smashburger for making my day!

EDIT: I emailed Smashburger as they requested in the reply, and they never responded. Disappointing. I am removing a star for their pretending to care. I remember enjoying Smashburger during previous visits to Colorado but this one was different. Coming in there was nobody at all in the front of house. Someone (presumably an off the clock staff member) went to the back and alerted staff we were here. An unenthusiastic individual came out and we paid almost $40 for two adults and one child. Shakes were mediocre, burgers were very salty, fries were not good. Bathroom was very dirty and tables were not cleaned. However, it gets two stars because the burger was flavorful. Salty, but flavorful. It's not the restaurant I remember.

Really disappointing experience. I don't go out to eat often, but I was celebrating some good news. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake, a Colorado burger with spicy mayo, Brussels sprouts, and smashfries. While I was waiting, I watched the team member split one milkshake into two cups, both of which were missing about 2-3 inches, even with the whipped cream. No where near full for a $7 milkshake + tip. Beyond that, I'm not sure if there was much peanut butter in it, as it tasted pretty much like vanilla. The burger bun was stale and extremely dry, and they didn't have any mayo on it, even though I specifically requested extra. The Brussels sprouts are supposed to come with ranch, but didn't. Most of them were burned, anyways, so I didn't end up eating them. The french fries has clearly been sitting out for a while, as they were ice cold.

Got this order to go... Wanted a single bbq & bacon. Got a super salty reg single. When I checked it out there was mayo & bbq smeared off on the top??? Lots of tomatoes & onions. Not what I paid for. This happened while the front was arguing with the cook in back !!! Husband got the brisket with only a few pieces of meat. Pricey for only a couple pieces of meat. Their shake was super ♡ This place was much better before covid & the chg of their menu!!! We've decided bc this is the 2nd bad experience this yr...we will not return. Sorry Smashburger 😞

Update: they reached out asking to make it better and then never replied to my email after claiming they would. Just put on a show that they supposedly wanted to make it better but had no intentions of doing so. I love smashburger but this one is awful. They don't get orders right at all even with double checking. When they messed up my daughter's sandwich by adding cheese I brought it back up and they literally scraped most of the cheese off added more sauce and brought it back and kept the fries. She's lactose intolerant. She cannot have cheese or she gets sick. She tried to lie saying they didn't but I could still see the cheese pieces on it. I gave her my sandwich instead since they didn't care to actually fix their mistake. They also charged us for 2 extra sandwiches we didn't order and messed up the coffee. Not even half of the order was correct. If you go here just be prepared for your order to be wrong and them not fix it. It was an $80 order! Money wasted.
