Ol'chefskis Bbq

LOVE this little restaurant! Typical bbq meat options but the sandwiches taste really good. If you are here when they are still smoking stuff it smells AMAZING inside and outside! The aroma makes you hungry right away. Small seating area inside but they have a nice seating area outside, with a view of open space, fresh lawn/grass smell and a very tall flower tree. Super calming. Food wise, sandwiches are normally good size. Our favorite was the Loaded Jo! Great price for a good portion of food. If you are shopping at Aurora Outlets, give up on those food trucks and try this place just down the street!

First time here, came up on Google, figured I'd give it a try. This place doesn't disappoint. Down home barbecue, small roadhouse with a pit out back. Smells like meat and smoke when you roll up. It's the kind of place that has a line when it opens and runs out of food sometimes if you're not there early enough. I tried the pulled pork sandwich, loaded fries and the beans. Pulled pork is mildly smokey, plenty moist on a bready soft bun. Spicy sauce isn't too hot, has a nice kick and a pepper flavor to it, regular sauce has a little more body, a touch of sweetness. The barbecue beans are peppery and complex, absolutely delicious. Service was awesome, staff was friendly and quick. No complaints at all, will def be back. The loaded fries are portioned for 2 or a standalone meal for most. The pork sandwich is loaded. 👌👌

I made my way out to Aurora, Ohio today to visit OL'Chefskis BBQ and holy cow " and I literally feel like I've eaten a whole cow" was it amazing! Jason Olszewski & Grace Olszewski definitely know BBQ and it's no wonder why they were voted Cleveland's best! By the time we got there when they opened a little afternoon the line was out the door, but they are so fast and the food is so amazing that a little bit of a weight is no worry! We got the brisket and the mac and cheese... YOU MUST GET THE MAC AND CHEESE!!! I believe he said it took several years to perfect the recipe and it's no wonder it is some of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. So get on out there and tell him Bill Stone with BS Pro Design, LLC sent you! Be prepared for BBQ HEAVEN 😇

Absolutely fantastic BBQ. The homemade cornbread and Mac and cheese is a favorite in our home. The staff is always kind, especially when it takes me a while to decide. We recently ordered a larger order for a family party and everyone asked where it was from. All of the food was delicious. Thank you!

What awesome BBQ! My big brother came out for his birthday from Elyria on Saturday! They don't have good BBQ in Elyria. My daughter drove us here, 15 minutes from my house, bonus! I couldn't even eat it all and the next day my son stopped over and finished my ribs. Said they were great and the BBQ sauce was the best he's ever had. The people that run this place are some of the friendliest you'll ever find. I can't recommend enough.
