Multiple sodas were out this morning on the fountain. You could here to system in the back over working because the soda syrup bags were empty. I told the guy behind the counter and he said "I don't fix anything. I don't know anything". This is extremely poor customer service. Not only that, but they are terribly slow and the shelves are always half empty, nothing is stocked. For example, almost one whole refrigerator section is empty of the stock, but I can see what needs to be stocked in the back! This is lazy management. This store needs management overhaul if it expects customers to keep coming back, because I sure won't be.

At arount 8:30 AM 3/17/2022 the man at the cash register tried to steal a winning 7-11-21 scratch ticket stating it was not a winner. I had to demand infornt of the other customers that he give it back or scan it again to which he initally refused. After scanning it again it was infact a winning ticket with $12. The entire staff is lazy and dishonest.

The staff is horrible they give you attitude and when I give attitude back they start talking to other employee in their language and it's only obvious they are talk about me it's always dirty bathroom is always out of order a lot of empty spots I bought some donuts and realized they were expired by months is April and donuts had expired at the beginning of March I won't go there again
