Dunkin'

The lady who took my order was really rude ( I think the tallest among the female staff). I ordered 4 cups of coffee and to add splenda to one cup of coffee, she put splenda on all 4 cups. When I told the lady about the wrong order, she got mad and raised her voice telling me that I instructed her to put splenda in all the coffee. This is not the only time my order was taken incorrectly. I don’t usually bother myself with writing a review but because of the lady’s attitude, I have to write this. I wonder how many times this lady has taken orders incorrectly because the other lady crew reacted, saying quietly that she’s is going to replace them. Looks like she doesn’t want to let the rude lady know that she is talking to me. But then the rude lady noticed so she step in and ask me “how many coffee with out splenda” still with unpleasant voice. Unbelievable, no apologies at all. Anyways this is the only Dunkin Donut location where I had bad experience.

Worst Dunkin’ experience ever at 6:00 am on Sunday 1-23 in the middle of a snow storm I was already frustrated driving from Plainfield I’ll to Aurora’s Dunkin’ to get a coffee and vanilla long John. I waited at the speakers and nobody spoke as I was driving away I could hear someone speaking I didn’t want to back up that’s unsafe so I pulled forward cameras inside show me at the window the clerk ignored me took someone else’s order then scolded me for not speaking into the box almost refusing my order she was rude and obnoxious and refused her name when because she knew she gave the worst possible service. Make no mistake I am complaining to corporate

I tried to get a iced coffee with no ice and the rude cashier and manager said I cannot get that . I have been getting the same coffee order from Dunkin for the last 10 years, which is a iced coffee with no ice and never had I had a problem. They told me that they cannot do that!! I don't like my coffee super cold or hot so this is how I always get it and never had any issues! I wasn't asking for a free coffee, I just didn't want any ice in it . It's not that they can't do it its that this place is petty and don't want to do it because they might have to pour a little bit more coffee in there because there is no ice. This is ridiculous and shame on the franchise owners and the way they trained management at this location and how they treated me . Definitely loosing a customer!

They were nice and all at the drive thru, but they didnt have the kind of doughnut I wanted which is surprising being just a chocolate long john. So therefore I ended up getting their vanilla long john. 😕 Also I ordered the new little pretzel bites with mustard and never got any mustard sauce so that was disappointing. Only thing we got there that wasn't totally disappointing was their vanilla bean coolata but initially I wanted Mango which they said they don't have anymore.

REALLY BAD customer service. I’ve gone to this specific place more than once and decided to give them another chance. But it’s too much and enough is enough. This one lady with glasses specifically on drive thru. Why are companies allowing this to be okay with their staff?? There should be consequences. If you can’t deliver good customer service then why are you even working?
