A worker tool a ladies order in front of my parents and then turned his back on them and turned off the lights the least he could of done is told them he was closing early or going on break instead of ignoring my parents

This involves the 2nd floor store: i thought the pretzels were made on a timely basis and the pretzels were suppose to be fresh; these looked hard and stale. I asked her what kind she had and she said whatever was in the case was all they had. I just walked away. Anyway she looked like she didn't seem to REALLY want to work anyway or more or less that she even wanted to be there.

Girl at the counter was friendly and nice but the pretzel I got was small and hard did not taste very fresh. This was surprising seeing it was right around lunch time.
