Taco Bell

The side door from the kitchen has a trail of dried sewage runoff to the parking lot, I guess leftovers from routine cleaning. It didn't feel any cleaner inside, and, when I visited, no one was running the registers. I waited a little and ordered from the kiosk. I got my food in a reasonable amount of time, and the server was polite. The tacos tasted good, and I didn't have a stomach problem afterward despite my concern for the lack of hygiene.

So TBell! I get it! You’re not high a end restaurant but put some pride in your company. You hire these kids that really don’t care how they present the food to your customers. Truly I guess you get what you paid for. I’m disappointed every time I come to the store. What’s worse I go to the one closer to my house on Quincy and that location is even more worst!!! Your company is poor for fast food and it sucks because your chain is healthy than the other fast food chains. I’m done with your company, I can make my own tacos, nachos, and Mexican Pizza! Which was the only item that I liked and y’all took that away.

Absolute worst Taco Bell in the entire Denver metro. They constantly mess up orders, they adjust their hours randomly with no warning, and it’s consistently just a negative experience going here. They keep their online ordering system on so they can take your money even if they’re closed, so don’t waste your time at this location. I usually don’t review places, but this Taco Bell is so bad that it inspired me to actually log in and review for once.

Went through drive through and ordered 2 cravings box’s, they gave me two huge looking carton boxes, and, we’ll I drove off confused “maybe the drinks inside?”,, I get home down the street and find what’s basically a party pack in each box. I ordered correctly and was given the wrong order. I don’t mind because it was the same price and essentially the same items… but put more effort into training and helping your workers, like I know it’s easy to just cycle through workers in fast food, but that mentality shows here.

Honest to god, I don’t know what has happened to this Taco Bell. I held off for so long because I used to love coming here, but now it’s a chore. IF they are open according to their hours online, the drive thru line takes forever. I just sat in line for 30 minutes only for it move one car space. I understand short staffing, but I have also been in line when the staff came out frantically waving their arms and shouting “we’re closing early” with no explanation at 6:30 pm. I don’t complain when they get my order wrong, I’m pretty easy going. But come on, guys. What’s going on?? I hate to say it but I probably won’t be coming back. Upper management needs to figure this out, it can’t be all on the team members.

Tried pick-up through Drive Thru. After a 30+ min wait in line (which is a regular occurrence) they processed the wrong order by asking for name instead of order number. The name was similar, I noticed after they handed me the bag and they couldn't take it back... But I did give back the receipt and saw what the order was supposed to be, what was in the bag was not that order. So hopefully that other person received the correct meal when they did come to get their food. I don't usually expect much from Taco Bell in general, but this particular one definitely needs some better management or something. Do not go here if you want food quickly. There is a McD across the street, you might not get the right order, but it will be in under 30mins.
