Burger King

Terrible, terrible service! I ordered online and the guy in the drive thru said his screen is down and could not see anything. I did not get my order at all. I've already paid for it, when asked how can I get my order he stopped talking so I just left. So unprofessional. Don't come at this location! Such a disgrace.

Stay away from Burger King on West Galena and even more so at night. I had a coupon for 2 Whopper junior sandwiches, fries and drink. All the food was cold and it seemed like the burger was either old or over cooked because it was dried out and scorched around the edges. The 2 pieces of lettuce on the burger was white, not green and a drop of mayo and ketsup, small tomato piece,pickle and some onion. I am showing the picked off ingredients of 2 burgers...total experience was disgusting!!! These pics are taken after lifting off the top bun. I ended up putting the patties together on one bun and throwing the other bun in the garbage.

Guy messed up and didn't give me my ten dollars back gave me change literally change but I was like didn't I give him a twenty dollar bill and Becca remembered right away we did give him that now every thing went smoothly cuz ppl make mistakes and we get that but Becca was hurt we couldn't go inside to the play area just another bummer number what now???

May 25th 2022 around 7 a.m. ordered some food the person taking the order was very unprofessional I had to repeat myself three or four times when I got to the window the order was wrong he didn't give me a receipt and when I asked for ketchup he only gave me four packets I ordered a Whopper meal with cheese and bacon and a large fry where do you think I'm going to be able to have enough ketchup for all that with four packets and to top it off he wanted to try to charge me $0.25 for extra packets of ketchup like four is not enough grow up
