If I could give zero stars I would. Time after time my order is incorrect and it doesn’t matter if I order through the app or drive through.
This last time I got 0/9 items correctly. There are no hard shells in the cheesy Gordita crunch, tacos were not supreme nor the right kind, no Crunchwrap’s, wrong potatoes and we got nachos instead of chips and cheese. Add to the fact we didn’t even get the correct number of items.
When I contacted the store asking them to remake the order I was hung up on by the so called manager. This place should just be shut down by now since they can’t get anyones order right. Corporate I would suggest you come do some audits of this place.

Ordered a Taco supreme meal... I didn't know sour cream goes on the outside.. plus no tomatoes.. smh.. just wow. Come on kids...think smarter and not harder. One kid didn't know how to work the blast machine as well. Proper training is needed. Zero taco ssauce. Missing some other orders. To top it off... a cup holder would've helped

This Taco Bell location represents how far we've fallen as a society. I'm sure there are some good employees in this location, but there aren't enough good employees to ensure that food is going out cooked. I don't know if these people are trying to poison their customers through negligence or malice, but steer clear of this location at all costs.

For months they would make every drive through order wrong, I mean every order. The problem was that the dinning room was closed so you would have to get back in the car line to get it fixed. Several times I did not figure it out until I got home. Now, they are closed for no apparent reason half the time I go there. I love Taco Bell food! Just can't seem to get any consistency at this location so I don't go as much as I would like.

Sat in line for 45 minutes. Didn’t have what I wanted. They were out of hot sauce but at least our order was correct. If you are in line and people are behind you, you’re stuck. No way out. Go to McDonald’s across the street instead.

If I could give them zero stars I would, slow and incompetent!They forgot part of our order so we had to go back through the drive-through because the dining room was closed. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes behind three cars. When we pulled up to the drive-through the girl acknowledged that they forgot to put it in the bag. And then at the window she just says here you go. I asked if we could get some free cinnamon twists for having to wait in the line the second time. Her response was let me ask a manager. She comes back and says I don’t think so!

This Taco Bell use to be pretty darn great tbh. Lately it's gone to trash, the orders are always wrong, the systems are down, customer service sucks....just clean house or get rid of the location....

Not a great location, and barely a hint of the food I ordered. Toasted cheddar chalupa ended up as a regular chalupa that was soggy and only had beef and cheese. A burrito supreme with a few things added ended up as a tortilla filled with nothing but cold cheese and tomatoes. And somehow that $12 order presented as $3 worth of food still took 20 minutes to make.
The location at Quincy and Himalaya was always flawless with their orders, but the owner doesn't pay the workers enough to keep them around so it's only open anymore like a random 20 hours a week, if at all.
