I tried to fill up my tank and your employee told me it was not possible..I had to set a $ amount? You can't be serious? When I questioned your sorry, unprofessional, employee about this, not only was she unapologetic..she said and I quote in front of several other people she was "serious as a heart attack" that's exactly what she said These are the people you employ to face your customers?

There r 2 employees, very nice men, they r always cheerful and happy. They work well each other. Very polite and remember my name!! I love going in when they r working. They work during the afternoon, I was in around 12 something one day. 2nd time I went in was around 3:15 on the wkdys. And they r so polite. Yeah anyway

If I could rate 0 stars I would. WORST 711 to come to. It’s individually owned but the owners could care less about training their cashiers on how to do anything. Anytime you ask them a question they say IDK and when you ask for a manager or supervisor they say they don’t have one on the clock at the moment. Finally after arguing and getting extremely upset with the cashiers I got the owners number and when I was trying to tell him what my complaint was all he said was sorry have a nice day and hung up. No apologies for the RUDE cashiers or explanations.He didn’t like what I had to say and hung up. Worst customer service will never come here again!!!!! My next complaint is going to the BBB. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Rude Tellers! A man was speaking on his phone in Spanish and the dark skin lady who seems Muslim was laughing and saying “bye bye” as the man was speaking and being serviced. Both tellers laughed while they looked at each other as they were servicing other people including me. I told them that was rude and she laughed more. Smh this is the kind of people you have greeting?!

This is my usual store and most all the folks working here are rather nice and accomodating. I come everyday for coffee donuts and cigarettes if I need them. my day just never seems to be a day unless I've had my 711 coffee and this store here actively have/stock the coffee shots love them but most don't have them but I'm glad the store don't. This store has real coffee pots as I won't shop at newer stores that use the coffee caraffes. I don't know but when the coffee sits in those craffes it just doesn't taste right it tastes plasticky and has an aftertaste and I don't like it I only like the real coffee pots.
