These Egg Rolls are King! I've been impressed with every type of egg roll here. They are flavorful and generous portioned. I haven't found a better Vietnamese Spring roll in all Aurora.
Entrees are not as reliably flavored, but again, generous. I've found the Thai entrees might be missing authentic seasoning, ex. Pad Thai had a ketchup aftertaste.
The lady at the counter/ waitress seems to have good days and bad days. Today, she was friendly. We order viet spring rolls take-out regularly.

I have been to the Egg Roll King several times. I am now writing a review because I truly felt our server was curt. Our meal had large amounts of grease left at the bottom of the take out boxes,enough for us to drain before serving and still a bit much after that. I'm mot sure if I'm more disappointed in the food or the service.

So I've read a lot of reviews and the word racist is used to often! My family is mixed asian, white and the lady who helped us is not a people person. Did not want to approach our table and when we asked about a drink we were told to read the menu! She was very cold!
The place was clean and empty of customers the food was pretty good though!
So of you go here just don't expect to have a friendly server.

Second time eating at Egg Roll King. Food was excellent but the server's attitude was lousy. Both times she was passive aggressive and growled her responses. Almost made me lose my appetite. My wife and I wondered if our food would get spiked if we replied back with the same nasty attitude. Won't be back again. I've been eating at restaurants over sixty years in six different countries and never received that kind of service.

This is one of the worst Chinese/Thai food restaurants that I've ever been to. Everything is beyond bland. The things marked as spicy simply aren't. The food just isn't good. Everything is too sweet and off. It's got a nice atmosphere but we won't be back.

Egg Roll King has a rather large menu for the size of the restaurant. I've had about a half dozen of their entrees and each one was a solid and wholesome dish. The orange beef is not dried out by excessive frying nor covered in excessive breading. The sauce is a touch underflavored but the good quality of the ingredients is evident. Veggies are crisp and colorful. Portions are very generous. Wine, beer, and spirits available.

Rude customer service , higher prices and less than mediocre food quality. ( they actually made may pad thai with ketchup)
As I entered for a takeout the lady at the counter acted frustrated that i had to take 2 mins to read the menu(fyi there was no line place was empty). Also was almost yelled at when i asked for chilli oil later, even if I was will in to pay the extra charge.
Attached are the images of the dishes i order the hot n spicy chicken was fine but the pad thai noodles were reddish in color a little and tasted like ketchup.

Fantastic food and large portions. We ordered General Tao’s chicken, chicken and broccoli, and both hot n sour and egg drop soups, and egg rolls. Everything was great.
At first, the lady others mentioned seemed a bit harsh, but she was actually friendly, served us quickly, and took care of everything. She won’t talk your ear off (which I prefer) but she does everything needed for a meal. I see no issue with her service and it was quick and good.
