La France Bakery

La France bakery went above and beyond to create a Fruity Pebbles tres leches birthday cake for my daughter. It wasn’t on the menu, but Gino was willing to give it a try as long as I brought a few supplies and a recipe for an idea. The cake was beautiful and tasted AMAZING. Gino you did an exceptional job! Thank you for helping to make my vision come together. I would highly recommend La France bakery.

This is the only place we buy our cakes here! So good and i was so pleased when i ordered my twin boys “Vivo” theme cake and was happy when they let me know it was a nut free bakery because one of my babies is allergic to peanuts so to know i could find a nut free bakery and have my cake come out great and taste great was amazing. Great customer service ! Thank you ALL my sons were so happy when they saw their cake .

Delicious cakes, TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a tres leches cake and got regular cake. Bakery completely refused to do anything to rectify THEIR mistake. Asked three times whether Silvano (attendee) could do anything for me? Answers varied between “once we give it to, you we can’t do anything” and “all you can do is buy another one”… So again, delicious cakes (tres leches) and for peace of mind ended up just buying another cake. So stay away! Or go for the cake BUT please DON’T expect a decent customer experience.

The $150 cake we ordered for my mom's 80th birthday was made horrible. This bakery gave me a poorly made cake, it was 2 levels but had no support in the cake. The baker is either new or just don't care. I don't recommend them and wish i never went, they ruined such a special event. I have ordered cakes from them before and was pleased but the quality has changed and now their cakes are made poorly and taste bad.
