They get a solid 4 stars. I didn't feel like cooking today. I remembered that they have a $5.99 chicken fried steak on Wednesdays. Let's try it. Service was great. Food is good. It's what you get at KFC. I love seeing the pepper in the gravy. The biscuit has just the right amount of salt and sweet when you add the honey to it.

Staff very nice but food was ancient. The chicken sandwich was old, the wings old with feathers sticking out. I choked down a few but it wasn't worth it. Family only ate fries which were fresh and a burger from A&W/KFC .The rest was put in trash .I even tried to email the CEO that's how concerned I was people could have gotten sick .We live 45 minutes away so we put rest of food in trash. I couldn't get through by calling or email this was on July 3rd . The crew was nice and happy but manager please follow food safety rules and teach staff. other KFC food has always been good

Ordered through drive through. Employee charged our card, gave us our drinks, and a few minutes later asked us to pull around to wait for our food. Waited 10 minutes before same employee came out and said they have no chicken and have to cook it. It would be another 15 minutes for this. We did not want to wait and asked for a refund. The employee said nobody at the store could issue a refund and only the manager who was not there. He did not know when he would be back. We decided to leave and contact corporate for a refund. This happened on June 11 and I’m still waiting to hear back from cooperate after contacting there customer service that day. I don’t understand how they would not have a single employee that could offer a refund. Let alone the employee could have let us know wail ordering or before we paid there was a wait for food. Horrible store practices and horrible company.

Far Below par. 3 pc chicken tender. Chicken was overdone and dry. Only the Good Sauce made it tolerable. Biscuit was hard as a rock, obviously not edible. The mashed potatoes were hot but the gravy barely warm. Only the cole slaw was good. (It’s always good) This location is brand new. It still smells of new construction. The associate that took my order was friendly but got my order wrong. My friend got a chocolate milkshake. It was runny. We asked for a different one as it just didn’t seem right (not cold enough?) the second one was just as bad. We dined on site, other customers that came in found that their orders were wrong as well. Six of the 8 customers that came through while we were here. That is just not acceptable. We will never eat at the location again.

Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to, I went the night before and they told me to wait for my food in the parking lot waited for 40 min until I took off, went the next morning to get my refund and speak with manager and was giving a hard time to talk get my refund back. Highly recommend another restaurant

Everytime I try to give this guys a chance and get food here again they remind me why I should stay away. Bought a chicken tender combo and the chicken has old, hard and burned. The biscuit was rock hard , I couldnt even eat anything. They are always out of anything you need. I guess the owner of this place really doesn't care how slow this place is and how good it can be with an actual manager who cares about the place. This is the worst KFC I have been too.
