Pizza Hut

You know - we've been mostly home-cooking during the pandemic and thought to order from Pizza Hut. The manager called because they were out of something and he was so nice. The delivery man was equally kind and the pizza & wings were here very quickly and very delicious! We had a splendid evening because of their attitude and kindness!! Definitely ordering again from here!! Thank you!! So glad that I did not see these other reviews before I ordered!! Great experience!!

Got a large speciality pizza and the box felt extremely light and when I opened it, it looked like a medium (hard to tell from the picture but I eat pizza all the time so it's easy) Told the guy and he said it shrinks because I got the pan crust (I get pan often and the pizza doesn't shrink) There's barely any cheese and it tasted so bland and it was a waste of money. Seems like every Pizza Hut in this area is horrible and can't make a decent pizza. I measured from the edge and it's 12 inches when a large is 14 inches. It's also supposed to be a pan and a pan speciality is usually thick and heavy and this was so thin and dry and nasty. Don't come here

We ordered pizza and while waiting I noticed that NOBODY making the pizza had on any gloves. One guy had one hand in his pocket , touching his glasses, looking at his cell phone all while touching the cheese and other ingredients. When I asked about no gloves I was told that they were told not to wear gloves. I had mentioned all this behavior to the cashier and was told “so it goes in the oven” Find another Pizza Hut people!!!!

I totally understand that because of the weather and that the restaurant was understaffed that the time was doubled to wait for delivery. But the pizza showed up just below lukewarm. Ive personally had frozen pizza with crust that had a better texture. I heated it up in our air fryer and it was better, but still not worth the money that I paid for it.

Ordered a pizza at 5:45– the website said a 40-50 minute delivery time. At 7:05 I sat on the phone checking on my order. The person who answered said they were remaking my order because it had been sitting out too long and they had a 2 hour delivery time, and that I could expect it to be here in another hour. I don’t think a quick phone call to inform customers and being preemptive on people who may not want to wait over 2 hours for cold pizza. I just cancelled my order and waiting on a refund. Will update if the refund happens, but I’m not optimistic.
