Rosati's Pizza

Rosati's ROCKED it for us!! I was searching for a place to dine in and feed about 20 people after a birthday party without breaking my wallet. After being disappointed calling a few other places, I tried here. They had no issue with our party size, and even said my kids could open gifts inside there as well. Awesome. It went so smoothly when we got there. We were able to get drinks out, feed everyone and two toddlers open gifts in just over an hour. Not sure what kind of voodoo magic is hanging around this pizza place, but it was perfection. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!!! When paying, they even found a coupon for me to use. I can not say THANK YOU enough to the two gentlemen working that night. If I'm ever in the area, this will be the place we are stopping by to eat.

Every time I order here they get my order wrong. So I got a replacement order and they still got that wrong, charged me for extra sauce and the delivery gave my soda away to the previous customer. I have a pizza in ziplock bags in my freezer with olives (I said no olives) on it right now hoping company will eat it one day. Do yourself a favor and try MACIANOS in NORTH AURORA ❤️😘 I always get the lasagna and I get extra sauce and cheese no charge… it’s perfect every time and they call if they are not sure what you want. Don’t bother with this Rosatis and please don’t get that undercooked calzone smh it was horrible and I got so sick. Try MACIANOS… I’m just a customer I promise but I like good food and I’m sure you do too.

I understand that they are busy with the deliveries, but the customer service is something so basic that this place lacks a lot of this, the girl that they have in front of the desk is terrible your attitude is rude she is not attentive I do not even bring cutlery to the table ,and once upon arrival he notified me that they were going to close at 11:30 pm the kitchen that I asked for and my order, I arrived at 10 pm. This is apart from the fact that the pizza took 50 minutes and arrived super burned and the bathroom of the place was disgusting. Terrible this site. I hope the owner of this place reviews this because this site is poorly managed.

Not sure why people have so many issues at this location. I’ve been frequenting this location for over six years and have been content with every experience. Consistent always. What’s great is they have to be realistic with the delivery times which they usually say 45 mins to 90 mins but I have never waited longer than 30. Just look how great this pizza is...!

First time trying out rosati's. Got a windy city pizza and honey BBQ boneless wings. My boyfriend and I went home after a nice time going out all day. So we were hungry and just wanted to go straight home and eat. When we got home, the wings did not even have the honey BBQ sauce at all. It was just plain boneless wings. We refused the blue cheese when the cashier asked, but we actually got the blue cheese. Like, really? It was our fault for not checking our food before leaving but also, they should've double checked the order. Pizza was decent. But we're not coming back. That was a bad impression. We were looking forward more to the wings.
