Noodles & Company

Wish I could give it zero stars. Where to start? They took over 40 minutes to get us the four dishes we ordered. Then, three of the four dishes were messed up. The noodles were not cooked well with wrong ingredients. We called and all they said is that we could have some coupons for free food in the future, which expired in less than a week. What a disaster! Usually Noodles and Co. is pretty good, but not this one. Avoid it if you can.

Attentive staff, solid and quick food, fair prices, great fast-casual (or whatever it is called) place. Not many vegetarian or vegan options, which is fine as I don't expect that from a chain that doesn't promote that. Kind of bummed they only do takeout dishes even when eating there, though I understand the situation. The hippy part of me feels guilty using all that single-use plastic even though I am eating there, and there is no recycling.

This establishment is always a favorite when I have the munchies for noodle type edibles. This time I enjoyed the Beef Stroganoff. As expected it was delicious 😋. The restaurant was clean and orderly. With brisk business while I was there during early dinner time. On this occasion I required the use of the bathroom to which was in desperate need of a good cleaning. It wasn't melodious but in need of basic cleaning. The toilet paper was sufficient and hand soap and hand towels were sufficiently supplied. All around my experience was good but due to the dirty bathroom I felt a star deduction was warranted. I would still recommend this place. Happy dining!

Worst location I’ve been to. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my pickup order because staff wouldn’t acknowledge me. Thankfully I checked my order before driving away, because it was entirely incorrect. After going back in to fix the issue, my order was STILL incorrect but it was, “good enough” to leave because I was tired of being in there, lol.
