Pizza Hut

This was the worst experience I've had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hour and a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I told the manager that I'd come and pick up my order. I drive to the location and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes behind another customer who was already there waiting. There was no one at the front to greet us and all we heard was a bunch of what sounds like kids playing in the back and arguing over sauces. After the awkwardness the customer who was there before me screamed "excuse me" and someone yelled "we will be right with you". After about two minutes the manager came out. A short Mexican girl with long nails scratching all over her mouth without gloves. We ended up getting our orders and finally upon returning home we noticed that our food was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. The cinnamon sticks were so old and cold they split right in half when we tried to separate it. I called to let the manager know how unsatisfied we were as our order had obviously been sitting there for over an hour waiting to be delivered before I went to pick it up. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes and gave evey excuse why the food wasn't cold and why it wasn't burnt. I asked her if she'd like me to bring the food back and she declined. She said there isn't anything she could do. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. I called back a few times to collect the name of the store manager however they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I would defined not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service!

2/25/22-When I go to pizza hut I expect to pay high prices when compared to other places, but my mom wanted to try their new spicy pizza. I normally go to Dominos because they are the best value for fast food pizza. The woman ahead of me in line actually told them to cancel her order and got mad at them when they told her they no longer had in store specials and all specials were just online. When I ordered my pizza I told the guy that I wanted the peppers on the side. It was both on the order and he said he would tell the people making the pizza. Needless to say they didn't put the peppers on the side. This place just can't handle even basic things. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because the flavor of the pizza wasn't that bad, but for customer service they would be 1 star.

Firstly I'd like to say this is only my 3rd or 4th time ordering and the last couple of times have been great. The last time i ordered it was just a simple supreme pizza. But I guess they had something else in mind? The pizza was COMPLETELY overloaded with toppings to the point of opening the box things were falling off into the box already. I don't know who made this pizza but they obviously don't need to be working there anymore 😂🤣👌

Well there should literally be no star. I did not receive my pizza I waited over two hours for. I was pretty psyched because I haven’t ate a pepperoni pizza in three years and it’s my birthday. The manager talking to the delivery girl said that she dropped it off. Well clearly at the wrong address. So my instruction of knock lightly meant to just drop it off at the wrong address while I wait for hours on my birthday night. This is definitely the worst delivery experience I’ve had in years possibly of all time.

Ordered 3 pizzas last night on june 27th 2022, they never came just talked to a lady who started yelling for me to calm down while I was talking soft they will not issue a credit or refund me I will be reporting it to my bank so I will get my money back but how unprofessional and disrespectful. I regret even trying I know they are trifling to begin with.

This Pizza Hut is horrible! I live 9mins away I ordered at 7:40 it’s 10:20pm and still no pizza it’s been out for delivery since 9pm !!! My order finally came at 10:35 and he forgot my order I only order pizza and wings 2 things and he forgot it ! Idk if they short staff or wats going on if I had my car I would of just went to pick it up myself I asked for my pizza to be remade and they did not remake it she gave me a 40$ store credit
