Terrible experience food was not even warm, cold and hard. Have gave this particular McDonald’s multiple chances to fix their mistake, now I HAVE to tell them to make it fresh just so I know it’s fresh. Sat in drive through (with no other vehicles) for over 15 minutes before anyone said anything through the speaker. Service is absolute garbage. Place is grimy and disgusting overall…. Place needs new management that wants to do their jobs along with the crew!!

The last time we went was good but a lot of times we get the wrong stuff or forgotten about we waited one time for 30min because they forgot our order then gave us a card for a small free fry so not really worth it most of the time we wait to go to another place but the last time was good so hopefully it stays that way

It's McDonald's, so it's not like we have super high expectations. However; the Aurora McDonald's branch is always exceptionally slow. 10 monute wait for fries is ridiculous.

All our breakfast was hot this time. The staff is always very kind to us. We ordered through the McDonald's app which is so easy and convenient!!!

When I ask for extra pickles and still managed to get two per burger I ordered three. Not happy at all, when I ask for extra expect more the usual.

Left 15 minutes early before I headed to work because I knew how slow these guys are and waited that whole time for fries that were cold.

Just wanted to say Thank You for the amazing lunch. Your workers held the doors open for your customers, brought our meals to the table and even stopped a few times to check if everything was good and if we needed anything. Such great, friendly service will keep us coming back.
