Wingstop

It seems almost every single time I call an order in , I get told my food will be ready in 15-20 minutes, with my order typically being two orders of wings and I even get there 25-30 minutes to give them a little more time just to wait another 15-20 minutes after getting there and it’s getting ridiculous. I would be more understanding if they just said it will take 40-50 minutes rather than making me wait all that time. Today, my order was placed at 8:07, was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, and I didn’t receive my food until 8:45 and like I said this isn’t the first time it’s happened and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Seriously fed up with this wingstop whats the point of telling customers 25 min wait for the order when the wings arent even fresh they are way over cooked and hard and no seasoning at all i ordered louisiana rub and they arent even coated food is cold im super disapointed i called and they told me to take the food back i dont live close to that wingstop to wait another 25 min why not just make the order right the first time so customers dont have to go back

Was kind of annoyed when they said 18 minutes and my food took like 24 minutes but luckily the nba playoffs were on. My mind was completely blown with the food quality. Some of the best chicken strips I have ever had. Cooked perfectly and garlic parm seasoning was on point. I really didn’t expect the food to be this good because the menu looked old school but I was blown away. Great job

March 10, 2022. The day me and my female friend went to eat and has our meal as dine in, it was rather cold outside. The place was clean and the food was good, but it was cold outside and the staff was letting a pair of homeless men sit inside. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with that. This time, this pair sat around, talked loudly, argued with the song lyrics over the radio and bringing up Jesus loudly, sat and shifted in their chairs to stare at us. Once the one was yelling about religion, it was time to go. As we packed up our trash, they stared asking for our leftovers and got upset when we said we had none, yelling about they homeless and we were selfish. We hurried out to the car and got out of there. Food was good, but I'm not thrilled about being hassled and stressed out while trying to enjoy my meal.

I love Wingstop Simple order of 10 wings (Mango Habanero) ~ The wings were hot in temp but overcooked, stringy and dry. I honestly love this flavor and the extra sauce they put luckily was okay to eat. The staff were very friendly and apologetic about longer wait times. I'd totally reccomend this flavor if you haven't tried it yet!!!
