Fat Shack

Each visit with you guys is THE VERY BEST part of my day.. Out of all the late nights this is the most convenient grub spot in my neighborhood. My cravings are wild and Fat Shack's menu certainly matches my appetite. I know each time I go they got my back, special thanks to Dom} Those shakes are the BomB I'm telling everyone about this place.

What a gem! A friend pointed out this place after we'd been out having a few drinks and I saw fried Oreos on their menu and was sold! We walked in at about 12:30am and the staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat for being late at night. Clayton was so personable and helpful at recommending the perfect dessert to end our girls night out - and the deep fried Twinkie did not disappoint! When I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday he even gave a little round of song. It made for a great experience and I highly recommend stopping in!

Missing food, quality poor. No customer service, dude actually rolling his eyes at customers trying to pick up their orders. Way to much sauce on the wings. The bread for the "Philly cheese steak" seemed under cooked. Waited 30 mintues after being told eight. Multiple other customers after me ended up just leaving because their orders either weren't ready or were wrong. The pictures on the menu are not what you get. 10.14.21

Pre pandemic food and customer service was great. Two weeks ago I ordered off of door dash the first order came wrong. Door dash sends out a reorder request - second order order came wrong after waiting another hour. Third time I didn’t even want to call to complain because I had waited two hours on these prior deliveries. Today 7/25 I decide to give you another try. Wish I wouldn’t have. These are what you call fried pickles? This is absolutely horrendous. Absolutely terrible. Tastes terrible, looks terrible. I can’t believe this would be served to a customer, not only that I have to pay for this! You should have higher standards or retrain employees.This is not the breading I have had In the past from you so I do not know what has happened but the employees are rude and cannot make the food correct. I went into the fat shack yesterday around 1030 and at first sight it seemed to be empty but then out of nowhere Clayton pops out and is so energetic when greeting us. Very welcoming. Come to find out there was only 2 people working and they had multiple orders to fill. But I must say they handled it and got me our food in a timely fashion I am very impressed at the amount of Poise In which these guys handled things very professionally done. I just wanted to say I will be back and I will tell my friends about this place. Great job Clayton is the BEST!!
