I make it a point to never go to a restaurant during their first week, let alone opening night. It's always horrible service while the staff is trained and the food is always subpar. Well, guess I have to say "almost always" now. Fat Shack exceeded all expectations! I just popped in for fries and a shake and was not disappointed. The shake was rich and creamy and the fries were hot and crisp, and everyone seemed to be really at ease with what they were doing. I returned later in the week with the wife and children. Everything was delicious, from the sandwiches to the fried mac and cheese. I've since shared with others who have given them a try and so far everyone has loved them. I will be returning again. And again. And again.
So get this - they have a sandwich that has cheese sticks, jalapeno poppers, chicken fingers, AND fries all atop a cheese steak. In other words, the most American resturant you'll ever visit. More American than a bald eagle perched atop an American flag pole, while fighter jets soar overhead. 10/10.

Out of all the late nights this is the most convenient grub spot in my neighborhood. My cravings are wild and
Fat Shack's menu certainly matches my appetite. I know each time I go they got my back, special thanks to Dom} Those shakes are the BomB

What a gem! A friend pointed out this place after we'd been out having a few drinks and I saw fried Oreos on their menu and was sold!
We walked in at about 12:30am and the staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat for being late at night.
Clayton was so personable and helpful at recommending the perfect dessert to end our girls night out - and the deep fried Twinkie did not disappoint! When I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday he even gave a little round of song.
It made for a great experience and I highly recommend stopping in!
I went into the fat shack yesterday around 1030 and at first sight it seemed to be empty but then out of nowhere Clayton pops out and is so energetic when greeting us. Very welcoming. Come to find out there was only 2 people working and they had multiple orders to fill. But I must say they handled it and got me our food in a timely fashion I am very impressed at the amount of Poise In which these guys handled things very professionally done. I just wanted to say I will be back and I will tell my friends about this place. Great job Clayton is the BEST!!
Very good customer service. Staff was very engaging and enthusiastic with each customer. While we waited for the food, Clayton talked with us and made us feel welcomed. The food was also really good. Definitely would stop by here again!
Yoo! Coming here from Seattle to get something to eat and Clayton was so exciting and helpful, made the landing and the jetlag so easy to deal with. 😀
