Great frozen yogurt. Toppings were well presented and all were full. Clean atmosphere and sanitizer and gloves were provided. The employee that worked this Sunday was not very friendly and didn't acknowledge our greeting. Management might do well to ensure friendly employees are available to provide great customer service.

I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. My daughter got a great report card and begged to come back to menchies because the last time we visited was about a year ago and tried to use the restroom,but it was still covid masking 😷 up times and they said we couldn't use the restroom. As confused as we were, we figured it had something to do with covid, but apparently they haven't had a working restroom this WHOLE TIME !!!! So we refuse to EVER eat at this location EVER AGAIN ! If the employees don't have access to a working restroom and SOAP AND WATER come on HELLOO NO THANKS !!!!! I prefer to get sick for FREE !!!!

The Order was pretty much incomplete/ wrong. Froyo is great but they were out of things so they just didn’t send it- or changed it w/Ø checking to see if it’s something we can eat. And the toppings were added VERY sparingly

Showed up with our dance team of 13 of us and asked if they’d allow us to use the stacked tables and chairs due to no seating and was declined by management. So now we have paying customers standing around…. Rude and I’m called for!

Munchie's is ok. Not the best froyo and definitely not the worse. There was a good select6of toppings to choose from. I'd go back if I were in the neighborhood.

Definitely very clean. I love the service the workers are very helpful. They have many flavors to choose from and the toppings are always filled! Definitely would come again!

I love taking my kids to this place. I personally only eat it when they have the coconut flavor simply because I'm not about all the sweetness anymore but my son loves the cookie batter flavor and my baby loves the fruit. I've been there a bunch of times over the last year and the kids are always so nice that work there

This place was abandoned a few weeks ago. I don't think it's still open. They never had many chocolate based options. Bizarre flavors.
