Mcdonald's

This is my local and neighborhood McDonald’s I have been going to this location for over 7 years. It seems to me that the quality of the beef in their sandwiches has been upgraded, I can tell by the flavor and texture of the meat. This fast food place holds a sentimental place in my heart and always will.

Just awful. Horribly rude employees. They got my order wrong (as usual) but told me they were busy and to just take the food. I refused since nothing in my order is what I ordered. I asked for a manager and they said they don’t have one. I gave up and got home to see fries are only half filled. We also got a small fries for my son and there were exactly 5 fries in the entire bag. This is unacceptable, especially with the insane price imceeases

This was the worst experience I've had at this particular McDonald's, I couldn't even eat my sandwich because the chicken looked so old and my hubby's sandwich was wrong too. There was no sweet tea or HiC orange, so overall not a good lunch, don't know if I'll ever come back to this particular McDonald's again, which is sad because it is so close to us.

Really?!? If I'd known my drink was only going to be 2/3 full I would have ordered a large but at least there's space in the cup for ice from the gas station down the street. I have to stop there anyways so I can add orange flavored Fanta to my McDonald's cup instead of this orange flavored soda water you gave me. Also, I know you are busy but did you drop my bag on the way to the window or is that how you actually bag food? And luckily the nuggets are for my dog & he can't count to 3 or 4!! Sadly, it looks like someone there is having problems with that today as well😞 along with remembering the ranch I ordered with them (not for my dog, for my fries lol)!! The reason I gave them 2 stars was they made my burgers without the ingredients we're allergic to (miracle), the food was actually hot & fresh & they actually remembered my napkins & straw!!! Half the napkins were covered in grease from the spilt fries but oh well!! Thanks McDonald's

I ordered an online order- only to drive all the way to the location after my order was confirmed to find that despite that, the items I ordered (and got charged for) were not available. Most people would appreciate that notification before they leave their home to come pick up an order. And most people would appreciate not being charged for items that they didn’t receive. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a small fry and chicken nuggets at the drive thru. Went to leave and realized my fries were cold and I was missing the BBQ sauce I ordered. Parked and went inside to politely ask for a BBQ sauce. Was told with an attitude that sauce was not free and I had to pay for extra. Given the poor service I explained that not only was I given zero sauce to begin with but also my fries were cold. Literally the manager (Hispanic lady in her 40’s or early 50’s) then took it upon herself to become offended and insisted I needed to return the other fries. After going out to my vehicle to get the fries she purposely bagged the whole batch of fresh fries into large containers so that I would have to wait longer. Finally (after explaining I was in a hurry) she bagged a small fry from the next batch and gave me a BBQ sauce. I considered at that point returning my nuggets that were now cold but didn’t want to continue any longer the petty immaturity. Blatant Training opportunity that I hope the owner takes a look at. A simple smile while giving me the SINGLE BBQ sauce I requested and I would have been on my way immediately from the beginning.
