Las Palmeras

We've been on the hunt for good fast food hibachi places around Denver. Sugami did NOT disappoint! The food was amazing and they give so much yum yum sauce - we were in heaven! We got three hibachi steaks for our family of 4 and have leftovers going home with us! The place was crazy busy - we waited a half an hour for food but they warned us before we ordered. We watched an endless line of delivery drivers pick up food. It seems everyone knows about this gem! Even while we were waiting and eating the employees checked on us and were wonderful. Amazing customer service. So glad we found it. We will be back!

The rice for both of my order was not cooked. I called and asked to speak with a manager and the lady that answered told e that I couldn’t speak with the manager and hung up before I was able to even say why I wanted to speak with the manager. I called back several times, got no response and then when she picked up, the same thing happened. I asked to speak with the manager and she said no and hung up. I wish the stars for this rating went to the left side to give it a negative review. Piss poor service and it’s unfortunate, because of the rice was cooked I think I would’ve enjoyed it.

If you love raw onion then this is the place for you! I ordered the house special lo mein, by the time I got all the onion out of it there was hardly enough left! It was almost as if they literally took a whole onion, chopped it up and just threw it in there.! I wasn't expecting a mouthful of onion when I bit into my first bite!
