Chili's Grill & Bar

Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing,  our waiter was really sweet and amazing. He was very helpful and always made sure we were enjoying our time, just above and beyond service! He was also taking care of a neighboring table and he was super sweet and helpful to this couple who had a food mishap near us (It was hard to not overhear); he was very amicable and I thought it was some over and beyond customer service hard to find in the land of Colorado. The Blooming onion we had unfortunately didn't come in a literal tower but it was still a real treat. The food was really good and I felt at ease knowing that if I had something didn't come out as I wanted it to, that I had a more than willing waiter who would try to rectify the situation with as little as problems as possible. I most definitely will be returning to this lovely restaurant! Update as of 3/14/22: The service was amazing, our waitress was beyond amazing. She made sure our orders were taken in a very timely manner, she was handling numerous orders and she distributed the service evenly with grace. Our food was perfect and prepped as desired. She made sure it drinks stayed filled and anything we asked, she grabbed with no problems at all. It was a wonderful time here and it's worth every penny! Updated (4/4/22): Service was still amazing, out waitress was wonderful despite it being pretty busy when we went. I recommend their recently added starter appetizers fried mozzarella. It was delicious with the perfect crunch when you bit into it and the cheese was magnifique! Now the real issue is picking the perfect time to come when it's not so busy, because it's just that good!

If I could give zero stars I would, one look at the receipt shows what I order, but lack of knowing ones jobs... what I got was something totally different. What makes matters worst, I am told that I am to call uber eats to complain and they don't handle those issues... excuse me if I were the franchise owner I would take issue with any of my staff having this ideology. Yes as a customer you have to go through the app, but its not the fault of the app when someone who works for said food restaurant is not competent to select an order correctly. Then Im asked if I want to place another order... why?!?! Its obvious someone can't do their job, why waste more of my time in hopes someone has a clue of what their job is

This particular chili's is horrible. Whether eating inside or to go. Your order will be wrong... Food you do get will be cold and poor quality. Trying to get the message through to staff will be painstaking and in the end most likely will not correct anything. I called to explain once again my pickup order was wrong they offered a credit/gift card i would see in my email shortly. And hour and half later I have no credit but sure enough request asking how I enjoyed my visit. I will literally drive 2x a far next time I'm interested in chili's to find a better managed location. I am vegetarian who ordered this salad with no chicken. I called after placing on line since app does not allow me to delete the chicken. They could not find the order so I called back 2 more times before someone confirmed seeing the order and would make sure it was prepared with no chicken. Once I arrived I checked in on line I was within the delivery window the app provided me. I proceeded to wait another 15 min then called inside. They once again could not find the order 10 minutes later they found it and brought it out. I got home to find hot food was cold and my salad was in edible for me.

OK. My waiter was great. But on my walk up to the restaurant a gust of wind caught the light ON the building and sent it flying at my son. I picked it up and brought it inside. Waited a solid 5 minutes before a host arrived. I told her what happened and her response was "weird. OK." She didn't even ask if my kid was okay. They only get 3 stars because the waiter was quick, friendly and good at his job.
