Dunkin'

I try to give this dunkin chance by chance and they always mess something up it's been 2x already my coffee taste like nothing but water ,the bagels are never the same and I understand they are a very very busy dunkin but they can at least try alittle bit . People are paying for this . I added this picture from a bagel they gave me back in September

Don’t go to this Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a bagel. When I opened the bag, inside with the napkins was a used band-aid from someone’s finger. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t bother to go back because I didn’t want to eat anything this location has to offer after that. I will only be going to the Kirk Rd location by Walmart from now on. It’s a little of out of the way for me, but their sanitation standards are at least at an appropriate level so that I do not receive biohazard waste in my food.

This is a great stop for a great cup of coffee at a good price. The drive thru is fast and accurate. It can be tricky getting out depending on traffic and which way you are headed. The food is good and the donuts are fresh until about 2 or 3 then they get a bit dry but you can always give them a dunkin the coffee. They have good service on the inside and decent bathrooms that are clean most of the time. Overall it's a good dunkin donuts.

i came here and ordered a pesto grilled cheese specifically for the pesto and received no pesto my first time ever getting it, i couldn’t even go back and get a new one because by the time i realized it was too late and i couldn’t leave school and had nothing else to eat. they also gave me hummus instead of avocado once for my AVOCADO toast. every time i come something always goes wrong, one time one of the employees was taking my ordered and i asked for a strawberry donut with sprinkles and when i seen him he started reaching for chocolate which is completely different and the entire time he took my order he was looking over me and around the store not even paying attention to my order. I work fast food too so i understand and i’ve really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because of this but every single time i go something always happens and i’m so tired of it.

Manager very rude telling me to go to McDonald’s if u don’t like the service here they consistently serve hot coffee warm and the manager does not honor any coupons !!! I cannot believe that she could be in charge of a Dunkin doughnuts This is the first Dunkin dounuts I had ever had issues with Something needs to be done Others from my work feel the same way , funny stories about how rude she is but very sad for a Dunkin doughnuts franchise !!

Today's visit wasn't so great. Before we got the the speaker, they were asking what we wanted. When we loudly (not yelling in anger-loud for them to hear us) told them we weren't at the menu board, they got a little impatient, told us to go ahead with our order. Then, after we ordered & paid for our 2 large hot lattes & 2 breakfast rolls, they handed us a large iced latte. We told them it wasn't ours, she did tell us to keep it, we told her the order again. She gave us the rollups but we had to pull over to wait for the lattes. After 5-8min, they came out with 3 hot beverages. I was confused, asked her what order is that, she said mine but I only ordered 2. Luckily, it did have our 2 beverages, gave her back the 3rd hot latte. So much confusion & waiting time for 2 lattes. While we waited for our order 4 other cars got their orders & left. The food was fine, drinks good but the wait wasn't good & the order was botched 2x technically.
