Made our burger incorrectly and served a brown, mushy salad which was 4 days past expiration. We didn't notice until we got home and it wasn't close by the house so just trashed it. Called restaurant to have them check their fridge so they would at least not get anyone sick with expired food. Oh well, what do you honestly expect from MCD.

I’m always... and I mean always. (Even for a simple 1 item order) I have to move up to the front spot while they give the orders behind me first service... I normally come on lunch . And try to order something small, and end up always being sent up to the reserved spot, even when there are cars not behind me

Not that I have high expectations, but when I ask for no ketchup, the order is correct on the screen, and the ticket printed says no ketchup, can my burger please have NO ketchup. This is not the first time this has happened either, but hope springs eternal. The fries are always cold, the new toys in the happy meals are lame, and why have two order boxes I’d you’re only going to use one. Two stars because the staff is friendly and always says hi to my kid.

This place is disgusting if you go into it, the fountain drink area has gnats every time I go in. One time I walked up and it was like a cloud of gnats flying around me. Definitely do not trust the drinks, bc I bet they don’t clean the ice machine. The food is okay, I’m just constantly questioning when I’m going to find a hair or cockroach in my food from this place.

We forgot to get a drink with our order at the kirk road aurora Illinois location. We tried to get the manager's attention but she acted like she didn't hear us then after a little while we got her attention and asked for a drink and she said we have to wait in line when we were already at the drive-thru window because there was a long line and she was more concerned about getting the person behind us order then fulfilling our order so that their customers could have good customer satisfaction

The place was busy, but the line moved pretty quick. I used the McDonald's app and got free hash browns. My only complaint, is that the hash browns are VERY greasy. This is the case at all McDonald's, not just this place. Be sure and grab a handful of napkins, to blot off all the grease.
