The kiosks were out of service and they needed more help in the back. They were stressed but still really kind. But my spicy chicken sandwich was concerning. I bit into it on my like 3rd bite and the chicken was purple! So that was really gross. But the nuggets were good and the fries were hot and crispy as advertised!

Visited this location twice via the drive thru on the same day and they got my order wrong BOTH times. No receipt given either time. Food was good once they corrected their mistake. Service person at the window had an attitude in the evening. Check your order BEFORE you leave the window at this one folks!

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is always so rude! Not sure who she is but the older black lady working drive thru tonight is rude asl for no reason. The young lady packing the orders was very pleasant. Like dang if you don’t want to work just quit no point in putting your misery off on other people. Thank your for the service you did provide just do better I promise you if you’re nicer things will start looking up girl.

man running the drive thru was extremely rude at 11pm may 2nd 2022. i came up to the window and said hi, how much is a medium fry? he told me it’s 2.52. i said okay can i get two of those? his response “$5.04” then i said “okay thank you can i also have bbq sauce? his response “$5.04” i found it a bit rude that he didn’t say sure and just repeated the total back to me like a robot, so i said okay and pulled up to the window. mind you this was not someone who spoke broken english, i completely understand how difficult it can be to speak a second language, this man was just rude. i pull up to the window and again he looks at me and goes “$5.04” i ask him if i can use apple pay and he looks me up and down shakes his head and walks away from the window and goes “NOPE.” so i pulled off because clearly he didn’t care to serve me. worst experience i’ve ever had in a drive thru will not be coming back.

They never give enough condiments when you ask for them. 2 little things of bbq sauce just isnt going to work for 2 people. You would have thought that the employees pay for them out of their checks. Food be luke warm, not hot and fresh like they say in their commercials. And for whatever reason the lobby is closed to the public. Some people don't like to wait in that loooonnng drive thru line, they want to go inside and eat or just order inside and leave. You're also losing customers, which is money, because the lobby is closed. Open it up

Very rude I just got out of work and I really wanted to grab something to eat but when I went to the drive thu on July 9th ,2022@3pm the staff was so rude the lady was giving me nasty attitude and talking to me so rudely and I really didn’t appreciate the rudeness it was definitely unnecessary when I was being nice I will never come back ever again this is was so disappointing :(
