The staff were very pleasant and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were satisfied. The food was delicious, drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was beautiful. Lashaye, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage came by, introduced herself and made sure our dining experience was going well. She made us feel very welcomed and made us feel as if we were family. She invited us back to come check out the rooftop bar when it opens up soon. I will not hesitate to recommend 8595 Restaurant & Bar to family and friends. They exceeded all our expectations!
Excellent venue for gatherings. We had our daughter's college graduation dinner done here and it turned out to be more than what we could have hoped for. We opted for a private room with a pleasant view which was perfect for a quiet, intimate atmosphere. Wanda and Lashae did a wonderful job coordinating, and they bent over backwards to meet our requests . Our server, Juan, was very friendly and accommodating. He anticipated our needs and always made sure that we were taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the duck fat fried chicken and the mac and cheese. The salad with their signature house dressing was a big hit too, and for dessert, everyone was raving about the caramel pecan cheesecake! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and it was apparent that everyone had a great time, we will be coming back for sure!
Great rooftop restaurant at an amazing icon hotel. Staff is very friendly and the food is AMAZING!
This was the favorite part of our stay - the bar and the restaurant! We visited twice during our two night stay and meals are delicious and the drinks are strong. The downside is that we were guests in the hotel and had to make reservations via OpenTable any time we wanted to visit. It was an inconvenience to say the least.
