Papa Johns Pizza

It's always SOMETHING with these guys. They either "forget" the extra sauces or they straight out make the food wrong. Then, not only is it made wrong, it takes someone else not paying attention to BOX it wrong! And this wasn't something that would have been hard to notice. Half with bacon and pepperoni, half plain cheese. It's obviously not a half cheese pizza, but in the box it goes! Then I call for a remake and I'm told 25 minutes? I have a child that doesn't eat meat that is currently without dinner... 25 minutes doesn't cut it. And this is on a Monday... not like it's Friday or Saturday night. They did get the remake done in 15 minutes though. No other compensation offered except the pizza they messed up on, which would have been trashed anyway, and I had to insist that was the very least they could do for me since I had to use my time and gas to go back and get it! The food is always good and fresh but seriously... I'm 1 customer and at least 8 out of my last 10 orders have been messed up in some way.

As I stand here at their side window, I notice a few things. First and foremost, I have not seen one person wearing gloves or wash their hands after touching parts of their face, head, and body. I placed an order over the phone and when I arrived, I stood at the door while employees purposefully averted their eyes. What was quoted as a 10 minute wait ended up being double. Their floor is dirty, and the walk up windows are smudged. Bottom line, this employee's are in need of proper supervision.

Placed an order online that was “delivered” while sitting on my couch next to my front door. I called and talked with Stephanie who investigated why I never received my order. Turns out they didn’t have my new phone number and would re-deliver. She told me she would check my order to ensure it was up to standard and not soggy. In my mind, I assumed she would say it was fine to deliver. She came back & stated she didn’t feel comfortable delivering a product not up to par. Working in customer service myself, I appreciate the honesty. I usually am an avid Dominos supporter however, after the customer service I received, even with a glitch, I will definitely order from this store again. The driver is on his way with a fresh new order. Thanks, Stephanie!!
